There are so many different types of chowder out there, but Clam chowder is my favorite! It’s easy to make and there’s lots of room to play. Just be sure and add these three basic chowder components - bacon, potatoes & thyme. That’s my secret to a good chowder. The rest is left up to the imagination! Have fun with it and enjoy!
