@@nicholas4727 the fact that it was 19-10 chiefs until stidham threw a pick six to make it 26-10 is rather impressive tho even with all the rookie mistakes hoyer made
its all about momentum, he had that going into the season, and after missing two weeks it just went away. Didn't help that we played a team that could exploit defenses well just wasn't a good for it.
People seem to forget we had the Seahawks they made a goal line stand cam didn’t play against Kansas City and game was close couple plays they took from us we lost to Denver and Houston we played bills close at the beginning after everyone got Corona things went south and now we added offensive and defense factors they better watch out
What we all need to remember, was that the Patriot s with all there problems, they also had one of the toughest scheduled... This season is not as rough,so i think we will be better than last year.
would’ve been so good if Cam didnt get covid and if there weren’t so many injuries imo maybe 10 wins but 7-9 is still unbelievable with this roster. So fired up for next season tho.
I’ve watched a lot of videos of the 2020 season. Little or no fans in the stadium. Where are all the cheers coming from? Is that a cheer track that’s like a laugh track? Crazy.
For a first year rebuild we did good we lacked consistency tho some weeks we beat the raiders, cardinals, ravens other we lose to the Broncos. Edit: Cam was also incredibly predictable in the red zone and in 3rd and short he threw 8 touchdowns for some reason he rarely threw in the red zone he ran this hurt us vs the Seahawks they read it and stopped him to end that game the bills stopped his run in our first game against them ending that game he still did it while going back to the Panthers too I literally said in a game with almost no time left on 4th and short “he’s gonna try and run the ball and get stopped” and he did I’m a pats fan but I watch pretty much every NFL game lol not a cam bandwagon.
I kept the faith that we'd get it turned around, up until the Houston game. We blew that just about as hard as you can blow it, and from there, NE was playing for nothing but contract incentives. And if there was a believer left in the fandom, the Rams game fucking exposed the team for all their shortcomings. What a shame.
So many close games cam fumble the last play to win 2 times and if we had cam we win chiefs our D killed him out QB couldn’t do anything but cam was hot at that point + julies who was hot we should’ve had 10 wins at least but cam needs to stop being afraid and just ball last year is so we can draft to help fill the holes this year if we don’t win 10 games then trade cam but I have high hopes now he has weapons and our D is coming back from opt out
@@jamesmuthii7890 he was middling at best, for every really good throw he made I could point to a bad interception. I don't see any brady, I think he'll be a career back up qb
I think the one difference between Newton and Brady ppl are't thinking is their ability to execute when the game is on the line. For Brady, it was a sure bet, but Newton was 50/50 at best. With Brady though, this team may have been 10-6 if everything went perfectly, and 10-6 misses the playoffs this year.
What was Bella check‘s record with the highest paid quarterback in the NFL That was the loser that was in front of Tom Brady we all know that guy said he would never be a starting quarterback but 11 your back up it’s amazing when there’s someone better than you when they come to play and you shoot them down
@@garibay711cod well I wasn't even thinking about the QB situation, but you have to admit the Pats are in transition and were still able to go 7-9 when a lot of other teams would have gone 3-13 or worse if they had to deal with the shit the 49ers and Patriots went through..... besides the QB sit. and injuries, yes there was COVID but also 2 weeks no practice in mid season, forced to travel to KC the day of the game (unheard of btw) and two of their games ~ Seattle and Buffalo (game 1) were within a play of winning so it could very well have been 9-7. Not bad for a team with 1/3 of their players missing or more........ so my point is Jonathan Rubino is making a very blanket "media like" statement without knowing all the facts. All he sees is one bad transitional season. I trust you see more???
@@CSRookie bill belichick is 51-65 without brady. you will only see 7-9 and 8-8 records with the patriots until bill retires. Wont even see the playoffs again.
@@robschneiderss1067 ..... nobody and I mean NOBODY can just replace a guy like Montana, Brady etc......... the last 20 years for the Pats have been exceptional because Bill is a great coach and Brady a great QB. If you lose one, there is bound to be a drop off. Bill had success with the Giants as D coordinator and brought the Cleveland Browns to the playoffs after 2 years of building that team, then the owner had to go and start a media shit storm about the team moving to Baltimore and there went their season. NFL football is very competitive and 6-10 through 10-6 records are common even for great coaches. I contend that this season, the Pats and 49ers had the worst shit luck of any team in the league and the Pats could very well have gone 10-6 even with all the issues. They went 7-9 and many other teams would have gone 3-13 or worse
