Can I just point out Lisa's customer service greatness for a minute? She didn't release the products until she is 100% sure it would be delivered to us within the delivery time frame. She let us know way in advance so we can get coins ready. She really loves and prides herself in her craft so she takes her time to develop and release products, adding to her collection once or twice a year then re-stocking during Christmas. Giving us time to save some coin. She always acknowledges us and our feedback on social media regardless of the size of our following. I mean...

I can attest to the great customer service. Ordered some things and got one thing I didn’t order and did not get something I did order. I reached out and they immediately corrected it and sent the missing item expedited shipping and allowed me to keep the other product. No hassle snd very friendly and quick to make a mistake right. That’s all I ever want in those situations. Highly recommend.

2 years later, but totally agree. hearing descriptions straight from the creator helps me so much deciding what will suit me, or what i want. often times i feel im blindly trying things out, and it results in a lot of products not working for me! love lisa for making that easier!

I am eyeing dance card (go lightly really impressed me) the blushes maybe pink soap would be the only one I would go for. I hope Lisa has more colors lined up.

@@di3486 I know what you mean! I think it's important to consider whether we lean more towards warm or cool. I'm sort of a neutral olive and fuchsia pinks & violets help to brighten my complexion, but bubblegum pinks are too fake on me. In contrast, I can pull off coral tones but too warm an orange just makes me look too flustered. I need a pinker coral to balance me out :)

I agree with Alex that the island glow gives her a more youthful look. The other deeper redder shades make her look more "mature". The mistake some makeup artists make with deeper skin tone is put darker, redder and brighter colors on us. No, we just need products with more pigmantmention. The more pigment the more it'll show up on our deep skintone.

@@adrianavargova Yes you're right, I have Velvet Dragon and love the rusty undertone but I think it comes across as more orangey on my skin, whereas Venetian Red has a lovely brown earthiness to it that might keep it neutral. I appreciate the suggestion though!

I suppose you have darker skin 😊 Anyway, I love the historic concept of these colours, the ancient Chinese dragon and the medieval Venezia... I was in Venice, I know their culture, though I am Slovak. I attended The School of Arts as a child. The teachers called me "the girl with Tizian hair" 👩‍🦰😁 And I hope once I get to the China ⛩️🌄

Hello Lisa! I am torn choosing between Pink Soap and Dante's Dream (one of my favorite Rossetti paintings as well!). I have very fair skin and like a fairly strong blusher. Can Pink Blush be built up or does it remain very subtle? In your video, Dante's Dream pulls slightly more brick than brown. Do your very fair models/testers have a preference for one or the other? You only need the tiniest amount to start building your desired intensity! So you can make Pink Soap or Dante's Dream work for you. Excited to see how it looks on you! X

I purchased two blushes and have to squeeze the tube so hard, to the point I think the tube will bust open or product will suddenly burst out. After all that effort, only a teeny amount will peep out. They definitely don't dispense as easily as shown in the video here. I think quality control was bypassed on product sent to the consumer.

Hi Lisa, I purchased Island Glow blush and when I went to use it today when I squeezed on the tube it completely opened up from the bottom of the tube and a huge glob came out, I’m saddened. I sent pictures to your customer service, I had contacted them when I first got it cause it wouldn’t come out of the tube no matter how hard I tried. I just kept getting a very tiny amount out then today it just exploded from the bottom.

Thank you Lisa for teaching me blush isn’t as scary as I thought. I’m a complete amateur when it comes to makeup, I’m terrible at applying makeup and experimenting with colours as you can tell 😂. You taught me how to apply blush as well as to see what colour looks best. I learnt from the expert herself ☺️♥️. I love how fresh, dewy and natural this product looks. I’m not a big fan of blush but you certainly changed my mind. These blushes are so pretty, the product is gorgeous and has so many good ingredients beneficial for the skin which I love! I was so excited about the blush but since 5 out of 6 has warm undertone and I look like Snowwhite , I think I will not be able to pick my colour. Probably only Mountain walk would suit me, if I already didn't have 2 cream blushes almost the same shade. ahh, the curse of the cool pale skin 🥲

I'm slavic and as we all are mostly on the cool side, with blue veins and pinkish face, I guess the first shade (pink soap) would suit cool tone perfectly, warming the face up a little, making it look healthier and younger, while cool toned blushes often make face look unhealthy and feverish

I just heard of you today (relative neophyte in non-drug store makeup) and saw Velvet Jazz from Ali Andreea. Spent an hour on your website and other RU-vid reviews to check out your lipsticks and glosses, Of course, this pops up and now I find myself in a rabbit hole of all things Lisa Eldridge. Just Beautiful Lisa-But I stand firm on my opinion of highlighting. If a person has 100% perfect skin...it looks good. Anyone with wrinkles or skin imperfections-SKIP THE HIGHLIGHT! Genuine question - is there much point to having these fancy skincare ingredients when you apply so little of the product? I could understand it in a primer, foundation etc but you’re using such a genuinely *tiny* amount of these blushes that I can’t imagine it having any real benefit

I think it’s more about Lisa’s philosophy of using good ingredients in her products. The products obviously arent meant to be used as skincare as it is cosmetic products but she is highlighting her focus on good for skin ingredients in her products. It will make more sense when she comes out with foundations and tinted moisturisers :)
