As per EPFO reports to Govt. It is incurring loss.govt has plans to close loss making units and as such action on EPFO be taken and money be refunded to all members with interest so that they can live happily.

Sir, kindly explain in your next Video in Hindi as well as English : - 1.Whether the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sunilkumar B case has categorically held that average pay of last sixty month's is to be the sole criteria for calculation of pension on actual salary? 2. What is the provision of Para 10, 11 & 12 of EPS 1995 which was amended on 22.08.2014 say about? 1.Only Last 60 month's average or 2. Combination of last 60 month's average pay & Pro-rata which is legally correct in view of Hon'ble Supreme Court Order in Sunilkumar B case.? 3. 2014 amendment having been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court what are the implications of it on calculation? 4. Whether the calculation method mentioned in EPFO email dated 14.02.2024 is correct?

There is no rationale for pro-rata calculation. 14 September 2014 should have no consequence in calculation of pension on actual wages and EPFO should stick to its 12 / 60 months simple formula. In pro-rata case, if pension is calculated for service prior to 14 Sept 2014 , then same must be paid with interest and arrears wef 14 Sept 2014, because that amount is money valued at 2014 level, not in 2024.That amount cannot be a true reflection of today's money value.

But EPFO's pension fund is running into a loss. If pension is not provided in a sustainable way how will it endure? It's not just for higher pensioners but also for the poorest members.

Very well explained, if you can analyze how much pension you get as final against how much you have contributed till last day. Is it benefitable to employee keep in EPRO or Keep in Mutual Fund to get better return

Your analysis is of no use . In the month of June 2023 : there was a clarification from same lady from EPFO that based on Supreme Court judjement, For those whose pension has commenced prior to 01/09/2014 their pensionable salary is average of last one year of pensionable service and those whose pension has started from 01/09/2014. , their pensionable salary will be the average of last 60 months of pensionable period salary. The ION ,you have displayed is totally in contradiction to what the same EPFO official has communicated .

Lifetime average monthly pay proper rahega, if they consider. Jitna pay kiya utna pension mile ek usi formula me. Baki jaise pay anomaly likewise pension anomaly may be. Ek calculation us lifetime average pay par ho sake to karke dekhna.

Sir Higher pension ki baat kar rahe ho. Jo EPS-95 ke min. 300/- se 1000/- vale pensioners hain. Govt. Ne min 2000/- ka prastav bhi thukra dia. 1995 se hi "DA" ka pravdhan hai hi nahin Jitni pension lagti hai utni hi rehti hai.Main 68 saal ka ek abhaga pensioner. Pension 796/- . Bhagwan ne agar lambi zingi dia to aaj se 32 saal bhi yeh 796 hi rahegi kyonki pichhle 10 saal yani 01/09/ 2014 se 796/- hi hai. Higher pension point soch kar lena. 1995 mein kanoon tha ki hamari death ke baad deposit bachchon ko mil jayega lekin voh point Govt. ne cancel kar di hai. 78 Lakh bazurg govt ke zulm ka shikar hain ab naye murge halal karne ki firaq mein hain. Against Supreme Court decision....jab hugher wages ka contribution le rahe hain 95 se to break down kahaan se aaya...galat hai...mean one is paying contribution on higher wages from beginning (95) than they have to consider whole time and average of last 60 months ....game of cheating to members and also Supreme Court.

This case cannot be deemed to be correct as the dt of notification is not provided. As per EPFO letter dt 13.12.23 enclosing the FAQ, Answer no 6 & 7 amply clarifies that if retirement is post Sept 2014 , average of 60 months will be the pensionable Salary for computation of higher pension.

_jp bhagao, pensioners, retirees bachao..__ chahta hai ki interesy rate kam ho jayr, jisse economy ka bubblr aur foolega,aur badhega....moork log aur jyada cars,makaan(luxurious wale) khareedenge....jisse 10 trillion dollar ho jayegi economy....aur baad mein japaneses chinese wala lost decades problem hogi....retirees tab tak jaan gawaan baithe honge....fed up ho jayenge jab unhe kuch bhi nahin mil payega even ratiin bhi nahi....ye problem japan , china, uk, us, portugal,italy,germany , spain, ukrain, argentina,sri lanka, pak.....sab jagah ho rahi hai....bajaye ki koi lesson lene ke ye _jp logon ko pagal banane mein lagee hui hai.....galat galat decisions lekar desh ka bura haal karne mein lag gayee hai....satyam ka raju yaad aa raha hai ....jab wo galat galat maths dikha kar company ko acchha takatwar dikhata tha par last mein us se kuch na hua air company satyam computer tabah ho gauee
