Hear me out. I really like these guys. I’m going to try and continue to listen. I like to have podcast in the background but the conversation is things I have zero idea about. I don’t know anyone that is being talked about. It seems like they are story’s for very few people to relate too. I think if the topics are more generalized then the audience can relate more. And that’s totally fine if this podcast is for you guys. Then so be it. But if it’s for the wider public, then we need to be better introduced to who you are talking about. Often times they said “I was hanging out with this person” or “this persons friends” and I just have no idea who that is. There’s a way to explain your stories. But also maybe tie in larger sneaker topics. All love!
I feel you on this. For me, we go to the store often so these vids help us get to know these folks. The more we go to the store, the more we appreciate these vids.
I think as the years go by the trajectory of sneakers and what’s deemed to be cool is becoming more unique with brands like ASICS and Salomon in the mix. I’ve been a Nike guy from the beginning of my sneaker collecting and have grown to like more unique brands. This year I think the Gel Kayano 14 is the SOTY for me.
