Bird disciple man is a wonderful mixture of cultures and languages the way he leaps off of rooftops and flips backwards to face the camera before falling into a head first dive is just full of the exaggerated swagger of a black man it gives me goosebumps every time he does it especially as the music begins to swell.

I really wish Xerath had made an appearance here. He is the reason Shurima originally lost its emperor in the first place.

I’m assuming Nasus wanted it to study, since he is a strategist and more like a bookworm than anything else. Renekton probably had it because either he stole it from somewhere in Azir’s area or one of his followers found/stole it. That’s what I’m assuming the the artifact had some impact on the flowing waters of SHURIMA which is quite interesting.

I can't wait for Rammus to show up in the next one!

Shurima is without a doubt the most interesting and coolest setting set in all of Runeterra... I absolutely adore the visuals, the beautiful landscape and the lore behind the Ascended.

I've been dreaming of a renekton vs nasus animation since vi first came out! I remember seeing nasus in the rize cinematic and just screaming, freaking out, but renekton is even closer to my heart as he's my first champ.

By far the best cinematic from legends in runeterra

Shurima's lore has always been my favorite and Nasus' library was one of the many things that I wanted to see. Now that I've seen what seems to be just a fracture of that library, it's satisfying. I shed a tear. Riot's world building is beautiful.

THE ORDER IS GIVEN - THE ORDER IS TO INVOKE REVEALS Edit: Since this got a relatively large amount of likes, I'm going to quickly gush about lore for a second to raise hype since potentially a lot of people might see this. We are about to see Nasus like we've never seen him before. We can see in this trailer that they are trying to make Nasus more associated with the underworld. If this is going to bring an archetype that's all about the afterlife, that's super exciting. We have SI right now, land of the dead, but it would be interesting to have something that's more about people that are dead but have maintained their sentience and they're in the Runeterra equivilent of Hades. Not sure if that would break the lore, but if anyone could make it work it's the LoR team. All League of Legends players have LoR to thank for the great service this game does in expanding the Runeterra lore. Nerd talk over.
