I checked this Strat model out in person today. I plugged it into a Marshall DSL40 to try it out. It’s a really nice sounding set of pickups and would suit many styles from chill to heavy duty. The bridge humbucker in particular had an enormous amount of sustain and a very balanced tone in the guitar I tried. Felt good to play. It was impressive.
I read something about these coming out, and I was really intrigued. I’ve owned several SD pickups in humbucker and p90 form and always wanted to try their Saturday night specials. I just sold a tele a month ago, might have to pick up one of these. Love the color and neck, and Nikki’s playing is, as always, top notch. Great demo!
I just purchased on of these and I am very satisfied with it. I did a complete set up however the neck relief was perfect from the factory! I also changed the saddles to graph tech blocks and added some black knobs as mine came with white. I put genuine Fender locking tuners on as well. I have a couple of custom shop Strats and American standards, and this one compares nicely to them. I have had MIM Strats in the past but I believe this one is one of the better ones and the frets are finished off excellently as well. The pickups are top quality and capable of doing pretty anything you could want, I think the bridge humbucker is the way to go as I rarely use the bridge pickup in my other Strats! In my opinion this is an excellent value and definitely on a par with most American made Strats! I really cannot find a negative thing to say about it.🤗
Enjoyed the Tele demo more than I expected to.Nikki's playing is wonderful as always and not since the days of Prince has the color purple been better represented in rock 💜
I got the strat during a GC sale and I really am enjoying it! Only thing (not a big deal) is they actually come with white knobs and a switch top. The black in this video looks better. Pickups sound great for high gain, medium and clean. Otherwise is a nice player strat, specs are the same as the normal one. Love the finish. Will likely add some locking tuners, maybe new bridge saddles but it’s a great guitar.

That’s balls over 1000 for a Mexico guitar with no locking tuners or not even a case they just through some Seymour Duncan pick ups in a Strat and called it another guitar they used to be 650 bucks. That’s all it’s worth if that. They probably make it for 200 and that’s pushing it
