The New Fimi Mini 3 just got a whole set of new UPDATES.
Seems Fimi tuned in for a few moments. Baby steps are better than no steps.
This Update walk-through is to help those recognize patience when it comes to updates.
We test a few things and ramble about stuff.
If there is anything anyone wants discussed, please leave a comment.
I hope soon to to a complete beginners guide to the Mini 3 because (like the V1) some are puzzled or might get easily overwhelmed because it's not a DJI. 😱

@JustinMacsMoon It was my first Fimi, and I'm impressed with it. The only negative is like what gorilla man said the processor isn't powerful enough to handle certain flights. Such as 48 mp photos.

Regarding extra GIFT battery. They apperantly run out of PLUS battery. They want to send me pro battery instead. I am disappointed because i wanted larger longer flight time battery. I ordered on first day of launch at 3 am so cant understand how they ran out for my order?

Because it is a screenshot of a screenshot from the tablet. The X8 mini(s) & the Fimi Mini 3 have only a 596p video transmission signal back to the controller device. It is an issue that has been brought to their attention before.

crashed my Fimi Mini 2 today and it fell 18ft onto concrete.... gimbal is unresponsive and it wont do a 'stable' hover....guess its time to try a stripdown and repair

FYI the precision landing works great when using an orange landing pad with H on it. Also I prefer how the fimi does circle ... much better than DJI. Negatives: flight time only 20 minutes. Range 600 m. My DJI mini 2 does 1.1 km and 27 minutes flight time under same conditions/location.

I have the fimi mini V2. I agree about the precision landing, I use an orange square with an H and it always seems to find it. In good conditions I can get around 2000 meters distance with around 20-22 minutes in the air.

Fimi disabled the use of the craft just with the phone. You can not currently live stream.. no way that I have found anyway.

I received 2 extra batteries. One normal like the original, and another one more heavy with a black label.

@@diablo2657 I had one flight so far on the update. I got 1/2 the range and the saturation was worse and white balance is all blown out. And one one pro battery I barley got 15 flight before it forced landed... So on my Fimi Mini 3, it was a huge failure.. more tests tomorrow as the test I did was very overcast.
