@@socalsilver6397 They all come with COA. 230 come with hand signature of Director and are embossed with the serial # out of 230. Ebay currently there are # 019 and #104 out of 230 up for sale. Both show picture of the special serial# and signature behind the hair flap.
I don't care how Flowing her Hair is, $109 dollars for a 1 ounce coin is dumb. If your buying an ounce for over $100, you need to go home and rethink your life.
