A great driving tutorial by Kevin on how to finesse a vehicle over the rocks and of course having Brittany the greatest spotter out there doesn't hurt either! Happy Trails to all of you at LBN!
@@zane213what9you literally just watched two competent off roaders tackle some very gnarly trails in a stock ford. I think the issue is the drivers not the vehicle. This was a four door model too. From what I’ve heard the two door is even better. Don’t hate on Ford because some novices got stuck somewhere they shouldn’t have been. Ford deserves credit for the impressive machine they built.
This thing is so impressive! I think it's safe to say that you and Kevin are definitely the ones hardest wheeling their Braptor, it's awesome to see. Also appreciated Kevin's driving tutorials, I wouldn't mind seeing more content like that actually.
Hands down the best Braptor content on the internet! I love the jeeps and other regular content but I love the Bronco’s and am here for more Braptor videos!! 🤘🏼🙌🏼
Wow the Bronco suspension is so well sorted. No squat during steep climbs, the front end stayed so well out. Wow, great job Ford! Also, it helped to have a very good driver and spotter!
I am also impressed by the suspension of the Bronco, it's front is insanely leveled and planted, very good balance and doesn't unload even through rough sections. It's not only the vehicle, it's the driver that counts the most, anyone can make even the best rock climbing vehicle look like the worst if they are bad, so props to Kevin, he showed what the true capabilities of the Bronco Raptor is and or what it can be, and we can't forget about our lovely spotter who is a life saver in every situation.
I was so glad to see Kevin explain that he engages his lockers BEFORE he gets on an obstacle that will need them. I get so frustrated watching people get into a tough spot, end up spinning tires -which tears up the trail and puts undue strain on driveline components- and then have to get reminded to engage their lockers. The mechanic that built my YJ (with front and rear ARBs in my case) way back when used to say to other people "Use that equipment you PAID for!" a lot.
When you did "You got to be nuts" and you started up and the camera fell off the dash, for a split second I thought things went south, then the next angle show the Braptor making its way up, WOW Kevin you have cojones and skills! awesome video as always.
Hey kids! A great way to start the year puttin' the Bronco to the rocks! The Raptor did better than I thought too! No body damage! All thanks to the crisp driver & keen spotter! Thanks Kevin & Brit for having us along for the ride..., exciting! Yup! Lite Brite rocks & rolls!
Bronc busting, door busting - What's the Diff..!? Lot of pressure on those IFS Tie Rods too. Amazing vehicle and technology, for an amazing price. Nice job narrating Kev. I have learned so much from you two. Great driving example too. Girls talk us guys into doing things, don't they..! LIteBriteNationBraptorA-Mazes!
It's not the Raptor, it's Kevin doing all this magic. I'm sure he would get further in a Honda Civic than a lot of people in their Raptors and Wranglers and other kind of cars because he got this special feeling how much trottle, brake and so on he has to use and how far he can go to not flip the car. Just amazing!
Although I've been a Jeepster since 2000, I'm really impressed with the Raptor Bronco. Kevin tells it how it is, and if an experienced, hardcore wheeler is impressed, that means it's good enough for anyone. My dad retired from Ford, so he picked up a Big Bend Bronco. He is 75 so doesn't wheel, but he loves it for DD. I still think my next project will be a 392 because I want V8 power. Love the content Britt & Kevin!
I'm surprised the Braptor climbed that well. If the Nitto's do well in snow I'll have to get them for my next set. Impressive job tackling the obstacles both of you.
@@NoSpillsChills What are you on about ? In the entire video from what I could tell the tires handled every obstacle with little to no traction loss, and even Kev and Britt themselves admitted how good they were as they were shocked and impressed at how well the tires performed even in the most complicated areas. I can name a dozen other videos that show what real traction loss looks like, if this is horrible than those videos are straight hell.
So cool to see you guys put the Raptor to the test. I got one back in October and it is a blast to drive. Haven’t done that type of crawling yet but looking forward to it….definitely don’t have Kevin’s skills though
Another great video. Well explained and fun. Great to see a Bronco finally do well on the extreme rocks. That was super impressive. Incredibly smooth. Well done on the driving too. 👏🏻
Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Love that y'all tried, and made it up, the you gotta be nuts obstacle! I was hoping you'd try it when I realized what trail you were on. Was not disappointed!
Love the Bronco content, and the little bits of info all throughout - starting from the flag at the beginning, to the IFS & Lockers to protect from damage, to Brittney giving the perfect lines to go on. All very entertaining!
I don’t see how ppl find this fun but I’m actually impressed with the bronco raptors performance on those obstacles. Excellent video and you earned a new subscriber
I agree with you on the winch and approach angles. I installed the rough country hidden winch mount. Look into it Kevin and Brittany. The only issue I can see is that it sits a little low if you were in a mud hole and got stuck it would be hard to reach. The type of wheelin you do shouldn't ever be an issue.
@@LiteBrite I forgot about the different engines between the two. I just used the mount and used the factory skid. Can't wait to see what you do next! Love the channel and have been a subscriber for years. Stay safe out there.
I'm way more impressed with this version of the Bronco than your first trip out last year. Kevin's driving...spectacular! Brittney's spotting and camera work...chef's kiss! And the Demon Child...silly awesome...and then some. Thanks for the day.
Wow incredible piece of beastly machine if i didnt have the millions l wouldn't be wasting my t time browsing for all off road beast especially the crazy guy behind the wheel of the Ford raptor thank you..
Ford really nailed it with the BRaptor. I don’t think there’s another vehicle available that can rock crawl, desert run and daily drive with as few compromises as this truck makes.
I can tell you so far, i love my Bronco, took it out to my property out in the mountains and it did great, i love that crawl mode. I have a badlands 2 door , manual, it did great on some super rocky areas. I got to give it to yall, that was some awesome maneuvering.
Love the Braptor content. While it’s definitely not cheap, it seems ridiculously capable considering it’s basically stock(and as a fellow car guy in understand how hard it is to not mod something.) Y’all keep having fun and be safe! God bless!
Definitly. He said in one of the first videos that in his opinion he thinks the Braptor is the most all around balanced best most capable STOCK off road vehicle ever made. Nothing has been better that you can drive off the lot and do pretty crazy trails right away. It’s great at slow speed rock crawling, high speed desert running, and comfortable on road.
I don’t have any videos of my jeeps but because of your real world review, a couple of months ago, I bought my 1st ever Ford Bronco Raptor. I’m also not happy I paid for the mark up, but if I didn’t buy it, there was someone at the same dealerships that would’ve. Thanks for your review! So far I’ve loved our B-Raptor especially after heading to MT and back to Washington State.
This the best real world testing of the BRaptor's rock crawling ability I have found. It seems like everyone else is so worried about scratching paint (let alone grinding rock sliders or ripping fenders) that they don't really give thorough content as to the BRaptor's capability. I may be a little biased, as you are in my neck of the woods and playing on Sand Mountain where I like to play, but still, great job! My brother is an engineer for Ford, and is always telling me how with the Bronco/BRaptor they aren't trying to out-Jeep a Jeep, but other than a few inherent articulation situations the BRaptor seemed to do very well in comparison. It would be interesting to watch you do a ride with both a well-setup but basically stock Jeep and the BRaptor to get better idea as to how they compare, as you have done in previous vids. Thanks a ton, and I really enjoyed!
I'm loving seeing different vehicles perform off road. I'd love to see someone got all in and build an IFS and IRS Bronco with RCV's and Portals and then wheel east coast like Windrock Park or Hawk's Pride.
For the price of a new bronco, especially the bronco raptor, it better do all of that with relative ease!!! To be fair, you two as a combo are incredibly talented. You know the sport and know what your doing and how to do it right. So that helps.
I am so surprised at how well the Bronco does crawling. I also love the sound of the screaming demon under the hood of the Demon Child. I was going to talk to AMW about a Hellcat swapped wrangler but that Demon sound is like a siren luring me to my doom. 😫. I absolutely love you guys! 💕
Great driving, you two are the best and my fiance and I love your content! Keep doing what you two do best and have fun! It's very entertaining and we love what you guys do!
The tours are great and the raptor video was perfect... The winter one too... Congratulations to you and so on... However, the Wrangler is also great...
Guys, you really put that Bronco R to the test!! Ford's Marketing departament should be sponsoring you!!. Thanks to you we are getting to know the Bronco R is no joke!
Hey there, been with you for quite awhile, I really enjoyed Kevin’s comments about when and when not to use lockers. I drive a mostly stock 2004 Rubicon, but I’ve never understood when and when I shouldn’t use them. Maybe you would consider doing a video of understanding lockers and appropriately using them. That Bronco Raptor is a beast!! If I win the lottery, I’m going to own one!
This was a GREAT video and one of the best I have seen showing off the ability of these new Broncos. I had to clean my shorts after watching. You SIR are an amazing driver. Thanks for putting out such an awesome video!
You guys are really making me want a Raptor LOL! And also something more achieveable, the Nitto Grapplers for my next set of tires. Those things seem to hook up very nicely and I know the Raptor is awesome, but you guys make it look amazing. I love your videos, they come with lots of entertainment but also tips for off road and you explain why you do the things you do and I think Brittany is great spotter for sure and Brian a great driver.
Great tips and advice! Bronco Raptor was engineered in Australia, so it's part Aussie. Great to see it being put through these amazing challenges. Fantastic driving! Look forward to it coming down under. Thanks for sharing 👍
Great video! The backdrop is incredible & the obstacle(?) were amazing. Thanks for the great content. Also, would love to see Brittany do some wheelin.
I absolutely love your Bronco content! I kinda wish the Badlands worked out a little better since those are a little more attainable but still not complaining!
Excellent video and review of the Bronco Raptor. I am very impressed with how well it performed. Thanks this is the best review and demonstration I have seen. A spupercharged 5.0 would be a nice option. Out of my financial ability but I think It is a great rig.
Freaking AWESOME vid and review! The BRaptor is unreal in its abilities to stay so composed in such challenging terrain. The bonus demo review of the new NITTO Recons is awesome. Nitto has earned my loyalty over the years. I've had 2 sets of Terra Graps and now I'm on my second set of Ridge Graps. I am constantly impressed with them. Recons will be my next set, for sure. Hopefully one day I can own a BRaptor.
It was great seeing you 2 again. I wished I had reached out to you 2 when we had planned our trip to Utah, so we could have gone out with you for a day. We had fun at Sand hollow. We had made it to Devils Playground from what looks like the way you entered. When we left we came out by Long Valley Rec Area. The was a tricky way out.
Kevin got a great manager/ producer/lookout/support in his wife Britney. Good team you guys. BTW Kevin is a great off-road driver. Knowledge is a given.
It's kinda funny because most of the time people would agree that the Raptor is made more for ripping in the dunes while the jeep is made more for crawling
Awesome. I am in the uk and I want one now..we cannot have that kind of fun as we don't have that terrain , if we did someone would call the police and report you. Ford should sponsor or pay you for what is a real "What it can do" advert. Happy new year to all at lite brite nation...
