I'm planning on buying one of these and converting it into a camper to travel in when I retire. The AWD turbo version is the perfect platform for a somewhat off road capable camper van. The noise and rough ride would be gone after you insulated the walls and all add all the weight of a fully featured RV.
Ford needs to put bigger wheels on those transits , I replace my with 245/75/16 without any modifications what soever , direct bolt on and not rubbing nothing at all . My van 2019 ford transit 250 with 3.5 ecoboost mid size with mid roof

Ride quality goes up when you add weight in it its built for weight so when she empty its gunna be a ruff ride its awsome that it's an Awd dually but should just have a 4wd shifter so ur not wasting gas being in Awd all the time

I'm sticking with Chevy vans because they still look like a van. It's nice to be able to stand up in these vans. But they're like a tissue box going down the road
@@auguastoadams4509 2020 t250 awd med roof with the 3.6 ecoboost. Use it for motocross. A few hours ago just had owner of dealerahip feel the shaking. They all agree something is wrong but Ford Corp says its all good so they are somewhat in a spot pkus they cant figure out whats wrong. The plann is to drive it until it grenades then ford corp will have to fix it under warranty...hopefully still have warranty at that time.
since its from europe and we dont have column shifters anymore since 30 years (except for the newer Mercedes models) thats why its placed there. Because most transits are manuals so you have the hole in the console anyway.
