Hi there could I ask you a question please. I got three quotes for jet washing my patio paths and steps. I went with the middle price one. I was very let down they only used water to jet wash all my things so left dirty parts everywhere. I did mention this but did not get angry because I am elderly and live on my own. They then sprayed a sealant all over everything which all that has done is seal in the dirt!! I live in Surrey so no where near Bournemouth but can you tell me is there anyway of cleaning my patio now the sealant is on. It’s so frustrating and really don’t know what to do plus it cost an absolute fortune. So unless it can be cleaned again once the sealant is on there it seems not having it sprayed a gain. You seem to know a lot regarding Jet Washing so I thought I would ask you please. I have seen a number of your videos and recommended you to a number of friends I have living in and around Bournemouth

Oh no that does not sound good at all , its certainly not dry enough for any sealing to be done yet. The downside of this is to remove the sealer is not a streight forward process and depending on what sealer was used on how it maybe removed, either way to remove the sealer you would need to break it down with xylene or other chemical, this is certainly not a cheap job to put right unfortunatly sounds like you will have problems getting this sorted :(

@@Bournemouthjetwashing thank you for replying. It was so difficult to find a jet washer as most people do their own. It rained later that day after the sealant and the told me it had a good two hours to dry so would be ok. Shame I live so far away as would have gone with your company. My fault I suppose a very expensive mistake on me for going with them.
