New FredoSketch Move Tool for SketchUp - Features Highlights

I tried to install this one plugin but it couldn't be able to install.. Is there any other way to install plugin

There's one thing that's always been missing in SKP move command --> TOGGLE snapping to grip points and faces. What is the most powerful and apreciated feature of SKP can in some scenarios turn into an absolute pain in the ass. Is it even possible to fix it ? Many thanks.
