Their landlords took their fund from government on development still but they never argue where their fund go

Well that were you have to be careful you leaving out a large portion of the history of Baluchistan. So what most people don't know was that Pakistan had it's own Baluchi fighters training in Afghanistan before the American invasion. Afterwards Pakistani General Pervez Musharraf and ISI in the 1990's, pulled their Baluchi fighter out of Afghanistan to save them from American forces and put them back in Pakistani Baluchistan. This exacerbated long simmering tensions in region with Iran. Where there has been widespread suppression of Baluchi on their side of the boarder with Iran.

Seems like your experts don’t know enough and blindly call Iran’s action reckless , all they had to do is ask Iranians ! Iran was hit twice by these groups recently, Once in Kerman that killed 84 people and injured almost 300 people and the second times near the border which killed 11 boarder guards. Iranian intelligence found out another attack was in the making and had less than 30 min to respond which was not enough to notify anyone and get a reaction so they acted thinking based on their good relation they could explain later and provide proof. There is also a very good chance that if they had notified anyone all it would take was a phone call to have these groups dispersed ! The last statement is my own assertion !

When America invaded Afghanistan he and the ISI pulled a lot the Baluchi fighter out of Afghanistan and into Pakistan to save them as assets from American forces. This has now "exacerbated" the tensions in the regions which have been simmering for a long time.
