Tiffany, you are my "spirit person" !☺ I could go on forever about how much I relate to you. I too have a thyroid disease, have some anxiety, pastel pink is my colour, shower at night lol. I'm a Mom of 3 (a 6 year old boy, 2 year old twin girls) and your videos seriously keep me calm and focused on the day ahead and boost my energy when sleep is scarce! I noticed the Hashimoto cook book. I have Hashimoto. Make sure your T3 levels are in check as well it makes the difference more than T4… as you age. Love the diet. GF helps so much!

my favorite method for making hard boiled eggs is steaming- I put them in a double boiler on the stove with boiling water and let them steam 8-10 minutes. the shells peel right off and it’s quick and easy!

Love the video Tiff! If you are getting sick of regular hard boiled eggs you can try Korean sauna eggs in the insta pot. Place a single layer of room temperature eggs in the insta pot and enough water to cover the eggs add 2 tsp of kosher salt. High pressure cook for 90 minutes. Quick release and ice bath. Eggs have a rich roasted flavor and are brown roasted color. So yummy! 🥚🥚 😋
