I am in the beginning stage looking for a home. I had someone tell me that if the home don't have at least 6 rooms its not worth me. I am looking for at least 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Just from following you these last couple months I already done created my LLC and finishing up my business plan. I’m opening up a independent living program for adolescent females , to help build them up to transition into their own place. Prepared them for adulthood with a stable environment and a strong foundation of women.

I am very interested. I live in West Virginia. I own a duplex, not for sure if I could turn that into a group home you said something about sprinklers do you have to have sprinklers in a group home?
We started a group home here in Houston Texas, it has passed licensing and everything, the problem is that they keep trying to send the wrong age group to us, we are 8-15 year olds. What can we do?
Who are you getting referrals from? Contact them and update your demographics. This happened to me before. You just need to make sure the information is updated with the right person/department.
