There had been rumors of PG Nu Gundam and PG Sazabi floating around since the 2000s. From what rumors had been floating around hobby circles in the early days, both Nu and Sazabi had been stuck in development limbo since 2010s where the initial design was scrapped in fear of what backlash would be if they messed up the iconic release of PG Nu and PG Sazabi. The Blue MS is the RX-94 Mass Production Type Nu Gundam (Incom-type). If a MG is scheduled to be released this year, it could highly likely be a P-Bandai exclusive as the design is obscure beyond belief with alot of official color mockups of the MP Nu Gundam to Boot. Here's the color variants what I recall seeing; Rollout, Regular, Jegan Color, Colony Defence, Orbital Defence, Ground Forces, Special forces. I recall seeing an unofficial Amuro color and Revil color variant in the doujin circles. Regardless, be expecting Bandai to milk the MP Nu if the sales are good. For MG Seed Freedom protagonist MGs, highly doubt we would see a MG release of both early Seed Freedom protagonist units so soon. Remember 00Q didn't get a MG release until 1 year later despite seeing prototype as early as 1 year before? Yeah, I think it's the same case here.
But let’s not forget bandai is milking seed freedom as they announced both the HGs and Metal Robot damashii, awakening of the trailblazer can’t even compare to this
nah,it is a strech because Good Smile Company already has the license for kits of that franchise and its line is already in the 12 cm range. I doubt the licensor could splice the license enough for to companies to make the same product at the same scale
@@ktnt100Good Smiles Company produces too little & is too slow. They don't ship to other regions except HK so I don't see it at my local retail store.
Also I’m so sick of them gate keeping all the good kits with p Bandai! It’s ridiculous. Not to mention the Gundam base limited kits like the tolro-800 which really grinds my gears.
Stoked for a possible barbatos lupis rex MG. Seed, unicorn have MORE than enough kits... i would like to see some sub hero IBO kits and vidar MG though... also some of the wild non hero OO kits would be nice (dynames rep3, Kyrios later forms, etc).
I want to hope it's a bundle, that we get to choose between building the Lupus and Lupus Rex. This is a lot more intuitive than packaging the 1/100 Gusion + Rebake as one kit.
Just because Seed Freedom comes out this year, doesn't mean we'll see MGs anytime soon. IBO came out in 2015 and MG Barbatos didn't come out until 2019.
Freedom is Seed. CE is the most loved Gundam universe after UC IBO Is not famous and followed in Japan like Seed or UC. Look at the various lines ok kits. The vast majority is UC or CE with the other universes left behind after the initial bulimic release of HG following the series Basically just UC and CE kits are receiving updated models of their kita (Revive HG or 2.0 MG) IBO received just one MG and no RG/PG in about 10 years from the release
Bandai had a pretty quick turnaround for MGs back in the late 2000s with all the 00 kits they did, but they’ve been shying away from doing that since the AGE MGs. Gonna guess those didn’t sell well, considering we know they shelved 3 and FX. But of all the possible Gundam subseries, I think SEED Freedom has the highest chance of getting quick releases similar to what they did with SEED Eclipse
Still hoping that when their new plamo production facility comes online, they start increasing the number of releases. The number of non-HG releases are pretty poor and many are rehashes of current kits. There are quite a lot of great MS/MA with no kits or no updates for over a decade.
The production of the kits is easy compared to designing the molds. That's probably what takes the longest. Carving the mold out of the material they use

The mg’s are actually pretty likely. They are all likely just using the existing frames from the 2.0 kits and the barbatos’s gundam frame. The Rg’s are where it kinda falls apart. Then mgex astray seems ridiculous. Pgu nu gundam seems highly likely. People have asked for that for ages.

I think having an mg IBO might come out, Bandai spent alot of money to develop a brand new inner frame for a series of Gundams, and only using it for 1 kit doesn't make sense. Also. 0083 REVIVE KIT, JUST GIVE ME A MODERN 0083 KIT

the blue colored mobile suit is called the "Mass Production Type V" its a mass produced version for the nu. Fun fact: Theres both a newtype and a non newtype(old type) variant of said mass produced nu gundam
the Blue MS is the Nu gundam mass production type. If its true then we might see two versions of it in the kit. one with funnels, and another with bits

This your first time seeing new Gundams as 1/100 kits? Bandai did the same thing with all the 00 Gundams and the Barbatos. The Exia MG didn't take too long, and we eventually got a MG Barbatos too. They released the FM version to tide people over until a legit MG comes along. The only lead Gundams to never get a MG were from the least popular shows. WFM is too popular to get ignored like that.
So excited for RG Akatsuki. But it’s weird they did Strike Freedom, Destiny and they skipped Infinite Justice and Legend, then proceed to release RG Akatsuki.
@@MaskedKingDavid I've been wanting a MG Saviour for years. Now that interest in Seed is revitalized with this movie, MAYBE we'll get one. So long as there aren't too many other contenders. I'm thinking the new Strike Freedom and Infinite Justice will get MGs. If Shinn gets a Destiny upgrade that has to get an MG. And then if there's an iconic enemy suit that'll get an MG. THEN maybe we can get an MG Saviour lol.
Well.. we already have an MG barbatos.. now bandai need to finish all line of ironblood orphans or either make an RG barbatos to make the IBO line keep alive than just being dead though.. either way.. i like IBO series.
The mobile suit time stamp 1:59 looks like at least to me because I saw it so much when trying to find the 3rd party high grade of it that I could never find for sell or if I did it wasn't cheap😢 so the silhouette is pretty much engraved into my head now lol but it looks like the mass production nu gundam to me

In the late 2000s / early 2010s, we'd get several MGs a year, so it's not out of the realm of possibility, plus we already know we're getting two Ver KAs this year, which is not the norm of the last several years, so it very well could be that we're getting several MGs.
None of the 3rd party have release a 1/100 MG GP03 Dendrobium yet. No the one release by newgate studio is not the dendrobium as it don't have the weapon container. The Newgate studio take on is the GP03 with Weapon System ala GFF 0034.
With the most recent showcase of the next gunplas, the chances of the leak being true are higher than 0, I still feel that the MGEX Astray and the IBO MG are the least likely to happen but Ill gladly accept proven wrong
