Hi, From 1 consultancy, I appli3d for H1B with $10 and i got selected in the 2nd round on Aug 2024. Now they are asking for 6 lacs rs for 3 year visa and 1 year contract with them Also they are telling that this 6 lacs money will be refunded once you get the job in US also they will assist for getting job. Is this safe ? Anybody experience this type of process ?

Hi Akash, I have one query that I got H1 visa last year but I didn't travel yet and I don't have stamping on my visa yet..will get visa docs from company during visa stamping only...so can I switch company without having my visa stamping and how could I get my visa docs from my previous company once I changed my job to new company.. I really appreciate if you confirm this
