Love the smokey eyes, and your hair and the colour as well. The fringe really does suit you. I've had a fringe since the year dot. Tried to grow it out last summer....nah, it didn't work. I looked very odd 😂.

I do find your videos relaxing. A bit chaotic at times. Your voice is pleasant. Plus, you're gorgeous. I have akathisia, which means constant anxiety 😭 so any fast talking or sped-up portions trigger it. I am looking for channels that trigger it the least. Hung Vanngo is the best example because he is very gentle with how he applies the products, he doesn't speed up any parts of the video, he has relaxing music, soft voice, longer videos. He sometimes even manages to lower my heart rate. Do you have any recommendations?

As someone who has had every shade of red, I'd say if you like Sophie's most recent colour, you could use a semi-permanent/temporary colour over dark hair - no need to lighten/bleach 🙂❤
