NEW HERO JOY HAS FIVE DASHES, CC IMMUNITY AND DAMAGE REDUCTION 

For a hero named *Joy,* it’s not going to be as _joyful_ to go against her. And i love how her dashes work, i can now play rhythm games on mlbb too xD Lastly, *_Human Pikachu._*

And take note that she doesn't have mana, she can poke you with her unli dash. Phoveus gonna love this hero

This is probably the most musical hero I've ever seen. I feel like moonton will release this during Christmas and the ult plays a Christmas song.

I love her dashes that have beats and the ultimate music. She is pretty joyful to play because of the music but also hard.

Ima big music fan so heres what ive noticed: The dots each is exactly 1 second so if you know THE BASICS of basic rhythm then whenever you dash you can do this; DASH 1 2 3 DASH 1 2 3 DASH 1 2 3 DASH As long as you can memorize that 1 2 3 DASH. Youll for sure land each perfect dash. If you dont know what speed the 123 is suppose to be then just sync it with each dot lit up

Imagine a battle between Lancelot and joy . It'd be like that scene from dragon balls z where the audience can't see what's happening lol

Here is a good trick I learned after playing 3 games of her! First of all you dont actually have to dash 5 time on enemy heroes. You just have to dash 5 times to ult. So what I did was focus getting 2-3 perfect dashes on a creep then doing a 1st - 2nd skill combo onto the enemy hero (this combo is really difficult but if you can master it, it is guaranteed one perfect dash) then just destroying them with ult. This tactic is really similar to the red bullet trick with Granger! It is really difficult but if you can master it your really gonna hurt!

Her 1st skill is the combo extender when there's no enemy close enough, so you only need 3 dashes to activate ultimate

Joy: "I have 5 dashes!! Nobody can touch or catch me!" Phoveus: "Did you want to test that theory?"

They should make more beat-based/musical hero for every lane. It seems fun having a full team playing around beats XD

Im a wanwan main and this reminds me a lot of her. conditional ult, attack-based movement, etc. I struggle to find more mains because I've always just been naturally good with wanwan (yes including before her OP buffs, which even I think should be undone so the truly skilled wanwan players can actually stand out more) so I'm really happy to see another hero like her, and just maybe one day I'll have enough mains to play in ranked without getting f*cked because I have to play a no brain hero like cyclopes or freya so I don't just feed the enemies cause my best characters are banned (aka just wanwan, but I'm slowly getting a bit better with Lesley).

I love her style. Those who plays osu will love her. One way to master her is to learn tge basic beatbox routine, the "boots and cats" Her perfect rhythm music are soo good too

She's well designed hero. balanced for most user, but kinda OP for assassin user :)

I envy the music part :v. We need more heroes like that. But seriously tho I think she's good hero if played properly but if you have enemies that can heal like estes, she could really have no damage and could be squished easily once the "combo" is done and both her second skill and ulti is on cooldown in a teamfight especially given also the fact that she's a melee.

The reason why Joy's difficulty is too high is because her skills are short in terms of duration and range, and that she needs to complete her combo in order to utilize her full potential... But overall, she is pretty much a 'balanced' hero... for now... I like how music is part of her skills...funky 😎🎶🎶

I like the concept of the hero, but I feel that lag and high ping will be a big issue when trying to successfully time the second skill

I can see her being an exp/ mid lane hero more than an jungler, I cant wait to see what they do with her

Update on the current joy, She is broken when no heros have Cc capabilities, her damage can make a tank look squishy, but the downside is she is very vulnerable to anything that immobilizes, stuns, push backs, or anything that defects her movement.

Suggestion for her skills... I think it's more nice for her if she can use her ult while dashing, but first her ult should have like 1 thing spinning around her and each time she dash in a perfect beat the spinning thing around her will Multiply and increase its damage and her first skill will level up like cecelions first skill to do the finishing combo.

She'll be a good EXP laner, damage reduction + cc immunity + melee AoE damage

Not the hardest compared to Fanny but it definitely takes a good timing in team fights to use. At the same time you just need to pratice the Perfect Rhythm. I think she will be perfect for full or semi tank jungler build at first if you are just new to her.

Now we have 2 heroes who have some music in there ult which is Estes (Blacklist International) and now Joy. And I kinda liked it if there are more like this in future, it just gives me this vibes.

As a person who played so much dance revolution this timing of the beat will be duable. And phoveus will love this hero.

I think pro chou users will love this hero. Chou users always kick, spam recall and then kick again at the very last moment. So I think the 0.8s between each dash to match the beat should be enough to use emote or spam recall.

Assassins are meant to deal burst damage, not to do a whole ass combo and still leaves the enemy at 30% hp. Also, neither of her skills deal burst damage, more of a dps hero. She got damage reduction, which is usually found on tanks and fighters. She should be a fighter tho

I think the developer needs to increase her damage so that she can less rely on her 2nd skill's passive beat for a stronger damage since she's an assassin. And add few more time on her 2nd skill before it goes in cool down

For poeple who think why she isnt that hard. you need to PERFECTLY use the second skill dash. And the dash you can still be Stunned By CC since its only 1 second and only if you hit leonin crystal AND for full damage you need to wait for the 4 dots beats thing

The skill sound effects and the skill set itself suits her name. What a fun hero to play!

She's nice, just tried her in advance as well. What makes her difficult is if her dashes didn't connect she's a sitting duck. Her skill 1 needs a bit of rework and range. And yes her dashes rhythm, yes it's cool if you can perfect it. If not then items can compensate for her smaller damage, but she still needs a bit of protection even if she has cc immunity. Fed marksman can make her dash to disappearance in secs since she's still squishy.

Its quite easy for this hero to engage a fight, yes, but escaping needs a very high map awareness and timing. You should also know how to position yourself in a fight, and where to fight. Her specialty is fighting nearby jungle camps, not only her enemies will not be able to maneuver easily in tight spaces of jg camps, she can also easily disengaged in case the enemies back up arrives just by dashing to nearby jungle camps. Her combo is 1st skill, dash, dash, dash, dash, dash, ult, then if the enemy is still not dead, just do 1st skill, save your 2nd unless you are sure that no one is coming to helo your enemy. If you got caught lacking and your 2nd skill is in cd, you are pretty much dead. As for build, max CDR is ideal, then damage, lifesteal and 2 defense items.

Remember before? The heroes had a simple skill. Blink and deal DMG, passive was a DMG or a little buff. Now we have heroes like this

Shes going to be like the Old Wanwan with 4 marks. Very difficult to play but if you play her perfectly can be destructive as hell. The key is obviously to try and land her dashes on beat to get the damage boost instead of just spamming the dash button which obviously requires a lot of skill. But i think its best to put in heroes with High Difficulty/Risk but High reward. Reminds me of Heroes like Franco, Lancelot, the old Wanwan (cuz new Wanwan is too easy) Benedetta, Fanny and you cant forget good old Selena. They're all tough heroes to master but when you perfect them they are scary to play against.

I know I'm gonna hate this character but the design with the music is so charming and it makes me smile.

Better to change her role from an assassin to a fighter. From what I've seen, her skills cannot burst down heroes and even if she can, she would need to stack her dashes and I don't think she can do that in the late game when going up against even a marksman. Or maybe she can idk but I feel like she'd perform better as a fighter by relying on her ult as a sustain skill like Carmilla

The dash on beat is quite a nice mechanic, but still will be a disadvantage with all the cc skill heroes with tons of dmg out there, meaning that you cant fast hand her cuz of the beat timing, making harder to avoid cc skills without failing the beat. She will need a good dmg output to be a truly useful asassin.
