I have no friends GOATS refers to a team composition with 3 tanks and 3 supports, as popularized by the season 2 Contenders team named GOATS. Typically it means a Reinhardt, a Zarya, a D.va, a Brigitte, a Lucio, and any of Ana, Zenyatta, or Moira. But there are many variants of goats, including Winston instead of rein, replacing the D.va with a DPS, often sombra or reaper, and even a variant with Wrecking Ball instead of Reinhardt. It’s the most powerful composition in the pro scene atm and has been for several months, since before the Overwatch World Cup.
