I need to learn more about macros. I follow weight watchers at the moment. We went to Niagara Falls for the eclipse (I live by the shore in NJ) it was literally the most amazing thing I’ve ever experienced! It was so cool!

Zest the limes and put it in a mason jar with salt in the fridge. Add to it whenever you use a lime. Lime salt is great for adding fresh flavor to tacos, guacamole, tomato sandwiches and lots of other things. You paid for it. I do that with lemons as well and I do grapefruit, orange and tangerine in sugar. It’s great for a tiny sprinkle on top of muffins, and waffles. I like sprinkling my fruit with it over pancakes as well. Just a tiny bit adds brightness.

You can find a lot of produce at local markets or even have it delivered from local farmers. This is just meant as information, not judgement. Also, raspberries, grapes and strawberries are super easy to grow 😀 I grow dwarf fruit trees as well and they don’t need much space.

Our sons should be orange for how many carrots they eat haha! (We buy 8, 2lb bags every two weeks: that’s for all of us, add to chili etc 🥕 raised our two boys on all diff fruits and veggies (not just those obviously ha) since babies and super picky with sugar, they literally love all healthy foods! 🙏 🍏🍎🍐🍊🍋🫐🍓🍇🍉🍌🍈🍒🍑🥭🍍🥑🍅🥦🥬🥒🫑🍠
