Hi, tried using "Thermal Design Tool" and "Lens Selection". But I can't get GIS-integration to work. In Thermal the GIS-button isn't there. If i try Lens Selection and choose "GIS Map" I get a notice saying 'Module upgrade, please pay attention to subsequent versions.' Any idea on how to get it to work? i'm using updated Chrome
Is there any chance you can help me out I am looking a possibly 8 Channel system what would allow 4 analog and 4 ip cameras or something along them lines I also have a phone intercom system on my building I live in and looking for a module that would allow me to use what is already in place but change it to ip
Hi john, sure we can help you can use the IDS-DS-7204HUHI-K1/4S model that will allow 4 of each , we also offer the 2 wire IP modular intercom , the base unit is DS-KD8003-IME2 and we work up to what is required from there
@@xinixxagnix201 You need to download and install the IVSM-4200 software and choose client and storage server on install, then assign a HDD partition to the storage server and add the IP camera to this , its messy and not a great idea, I would either get SD card or a budget NVR , you will thank me later
