I didn't replace the washers so I don't know the pn, as for bleeding disconnect the line into the injection pump and manually prime it with the lever on the lift pump, then have a buddy crank the tractor while you crack open one or injectors line at a time, once the bubbles stop and you only see fuel tighten it back up and make sure the engine is cranking the entire time. You should only have to do one or two before it will start and the rest will prime themselves
