Thanks for the review. I just put a deposit on one with a full cab and no mower. Gonna use it for snow removal in Maine! These reviews are extremely helpful in making purchase decisions.

You're welcome. The only other thing I would suggest, and maybe the dealer will state this as well, but when doing heavy loads and such or running it in 4wd, switch it into the lower speed. It'll move more hydraulic fluid through the system because your pushing down the pedal more to move allowing the pump to move more fluid through the system.

@@FencerFixerRepairLLCKansasCity You’ll need ballast in the tires, maybe even chains. Hope you don’t have to go uphill.

@@chiefjoseph8154 I go uphill all the time, but I keep the bucket on the front down low so it keeps the center of gravity lower. I've had this tractor for 5 years now

Recently bought one of these with loader and mower deck. I'm happy with it. Looks like you probably use it more than me. I ripped off my tool box in less than a week. Thanks for the video. Good job.

Same here.... I haven't had any issues with this tractor and maintenance is easy to do.

Looks like they cheaped out on this model from the my older TZ25DA. I was looking into this model for an "upgrade" but I think I'll hold on to mine.

I didn't know if they've cheaped out or not, but we haven't had any issues with it minus 2 of the spindles messed up on the belly mower, but that was 2 years ago and nothing else has needed done to it since then. We're going on 5 years with it and that's all that we've ever done to it. It's got a good strong Yanmar diesel in it and everything else with it seems good. I'm not sure where the cheaper part to it is?! Maybe plastic or fiberglass areas on it compared to metal, but that's just cosmetic stuff and doesn't change the inner guts. It's a nice basic little tractor that has done everything we've ever asked it to do within reason.

Also, if your older tractor is fine, I would just keep it and save the monthly payment and keep that in your pocket.

A bigger tractor is always a good thing until your tractor is too big. I think that the belly mower is a good idea for lawn mowing. I haven't had much experience with finish mowers, but I have done a lot of work with rear mounted slashers. The good thing about rear mounted mowers is that you can back them under trees, but otherwise it makes you less maneuverable due to the longer machine length. The other thing with slashers is that you generally need to add some ballast to the front of the tractor to balance it. We have a little Kubota, a bit smaller than yours, and it is great, but I wish I had a belly mower for it. Hydro-static drives do like to have plenty of revs on them. It's sort of like the advice of not towing trailers in top gear with your car, there is more torque available in a lower gear, so you don't have to change up and down gears all the time which is easier on your engine and your transmission. You can probably get a draw bar for the front of your tractor too if you want to pull or push things from the front. That would be better than using the guarding as an attachment point also, being a lower point of attachment, there's less chance of flipping your tractor. Not a good look and make sure your wife doesn't do that sort of thing with stuff tied to the back of the tractor or she'll find out how useless roll bars are in stopping you from hitting the ground hard when the front of the tractor comes off the ground at speed. Re your QRCs, you need to make sure that the pressure u=in the hydraulic lines ais release before you disconnect the lines or you will have trouble re-connecting them. Hitting the valve in the the connector to release the pressure will eventually ruin the connectors and probably injure you one day. Try this or something similar as recommended by the tractor manual: 5 Quick and Easy steps to attach and detach your QRC's 1. Turn off the excavator. 2. Turn the excavator ignition to on, but don't start the engine. 3. Disengage the safety levers (So the controls are operational). 4. Activate the auxiliary lines you are going to be changing (even though the engine is not running the valve bank will open the lines releasing the pressure). 5. You can now easily detach or attach the QRC's to the auxiliary lines for the attachment you are changing. Extra Tip: Relieve the hydraulic pressure in your attachments as well before you disconnect them using the same steps as above. That way, they will not be under pressure when you go to use them again.

I haven't had any issues with ours. We've been using it since 2018 I think with 200+ hours on it and the only thing we've had issues on was one of the spindles messed up and was fixed under warranty and I think that's about it.

@@FencerFixerRepairLLCKansasCity mine had a bad shaft, pinion. Ruined tie rod too. Engine is useless unless I run it above 2600 rpm. Battery died in 10 months. 27 hrs. The tractor lives in a heated garage. 2 months in the shop. Not Happy.

@@chiefjoseph8154 Wow that's crazy, you've had a bad run of luck with it. Ours is outside 365 days a year since we got the loan for it. We do cover it in a tarp in the winter time though, but typically it's in rain or shine with it for us. We don't have a spot for it ourselves.

@@chiefjoseph8154 Dang, you got a lemon for sure. My older TZ25DA had a computer failure, Ill call it. It has one electronic "safey" computer that cost 250ish to replace years ago.
