Well folks, we're into another house build in the Barangay of Mabini which is just south of Lipa City. We'll follow this along with the other two builds we are currently following in our neighborhood.

That looks like a good sized land area . It’s just a bit close to the fence line on the other side .for someone who spent 51 years of work in US , the architectural rendering and floor plans looks very basic. Great room open design is for smaller floor area to make it looks bigger. He is building 487 m2 , lots of floor area to support a family room and living room. It’s his house and getting it built according to his taste and needs. Looks like a big regular track house

Hi James... That's a big house but more than enough property to place it on...Always exciting to see a build starting...🤩 I didn't see any pool plan, are they adding one (plenty of space)? I'd think it's better to do it all in one period/fell swoop vs. later?🤔 I enjoy these build vids, I keep getting new ideas for my upcoming build next year (excited ☺)... Hi James my name is Leon Blair and we live in Canada. Just wanted to ask you if Caribbean construction does builds in the Pangasinan area not to far from Lingayen area. We are thinking of starting our house in the next couple of years. Love your channel and have watched since the beginning. Love the new builds. Thanks for any advice and help.

Mr. Nocete of Caribbean Construction will build anywhere in the Philippines but travel and billet costs will be included in his quotation.

Great video, what’s the purpose/idea or reason behind burying the cylinder looking thing? Looks like a time capsule lol. Any idea of the size of lot they have. Thanks again

It's a ceremonial thing the owner wanted burying the blueprints of the building. I think the lot size is ~5,000 sqm.

Hi James Hi Ness: Looks like a very nice home preparing to be built, James will you be able and or have time to highlight the installation of the wall panels ? The company First Walltech that feature promotion of the wall building system has alot of youtube videos showing builds where this construction technology is utilized but no adequate showing of the prep and installion of the panels. Although having been producing promoting and using the wall panels for the past 5 years here in the Philippines , they still dont fully show it's full process. This is IMO going to be one of the fastest builds you have highlighted giving the speed and efficiency of Caribbean Construction. IYO what is the est. time frame of this build?

James, what happens to the Styrofoam left in the form or I'd it removed prior to pouring. Also what is the best way to contact you to schedule a meet up in April so I can pick uour brain on my upcoming home build in Cebu.

The Styrofoam spacers remain in the wall and are sandwiched between the cementitious wall boards. Best to contact me via email: mypidream@gmail.com

Will he be living there full time? With all his government time he is probably getting a big pension and free healthcare, and could live anywhere. I am probably older than him and need to be close to quality healthcare, hospitals and my doctors, the Philippians seems to be lacking is healthcare.

He told me his plan is to reside there about 3 months a year during the cold weather months in the US.
