My husband, myself and our 6yr old watch your videos almost every night!! As soon as it’s time to settle down one of them will ask, “has Marlon uploaded??” 😆we are FL locals and if we ever sell our home and buy something in clermont, we are hitting you up.
Love this home but my only issue is there is no tub in the Primary Bedroom. Would have been nice to have a free standing tub with a free standing tub filler.
To be honest I would've liked to see a kitchenette in the casita or next gen space, The master bathroom should've had a freestanding tub and more sink counter-space...I would have sacrificed some closet space for a more spa like bathroom approach and still be left with a generous amount of closet space, also the other rooms and closets could've been more in space and sizing, but like you mentioned you can always collaborate on the build and layouts!! The natural light is everything though!
Screen enclosures for porches are a necessity in Florida where mosquitoes and flies breed energetically during the year. Gators and other vermin can climb fences so enclosures that discourages these dangerous pests is recommended.
Hey Marlon. Like the brickwork in the front elevation. Oh. This in-law suite is 🔥. Nice private space. But this one doesn’t the small kitchen without stove and the W/D. 1/2 bath 🙌🏼. Storage under the stairs 🙌🏼. Nice open concept. The dining space is huge. Lots of cabinet space. Roti pan🙌🏼. The island is a little small but it’s ok cuz so much other counter space and the butlers pantry/drop zone towards the garage. Covered enclosed lanai. It’s a good size pantry because have lots of kitchen cabinetry. Upstairs loft. Big laundry with a closet/cabinetry/sink. Wow. Huge bedroom and closet. An en-suite would’ve been nice. Both bedrooms spacious and large enough to have en-suites and a 1/2 bath for friends in the loft area. Spacious suite and en-suite. Agreed. Lovely shower tile. Linen closet and great closet that is another bedroom 😂. Nice home Marlon. All I need is a pool and outdoor kitchen. Thanks for sharing and see you next video. No thanks re:lake. Want no parts of water😂. Just my pool.
Loved everything but the master bath! No tub and small shower with no bench or place to put the shampoo and soap. There was plenty of space just wasted.
The house is nice but no tub in the master bathroom and carpet everywhere is a big no no , I'd rather have a smaller closet in the master if i can get a tub in the bathroom
To be honest the master suit closet sold me lol…just don’t know where my future husband would put his clothes tho….really liked this floor plan a lot with the exception of kitchen and living room being too small.
My home in So. California has a similar floor plan (3300 sq ft), with an identical exterior. Bought it in 2011 for $765,000. Way too much money! Love this Clermont home and I would relocate!
This model is so beautifully staged! The in-law suite is superb. But, it would be hard to decide having this as a guest suite or having the flex space to use as a dining room. I always look for three things: a foyer, a guest bath where the door opens into the bathroom (and not the hallway), and a master closet where you don’t have to walk through the bathroom to get to it. However, this master closet would get an OK because the sinks and shower is off to the side. The closet could easily have an island or a dressing area.
The longer the hot water has to travel from the water heater the longer it takes for the water to get warm enough to get into the shower or tub. Do any homes have an onset in the master or a shower and wet sauna combination?
It’s beautiful house, one problem bad design because I look at shower not have shampoo or soap on wall. Old people can’t reach on floors grab a shampoo or no stand for wash a feets or legs too. That’s so embarrassing for expensive house.
we are looking for something like this, but we need a bigger house with the fourth bedroom. I agree the island is too small, we need a more open floor plan. I also like to know how much it would cost to add a heated pool and jacuzzi? Can we see the other plan without the in -law and the other room done. note love the closet in the primary bedroom

haha. It's a model home and they just have it like that for now while they use it as a sales office. When they leave they will remove the plants and add a driveway.
