Hello. Great question. It really depends on the side of town you would prefer to be on. Are you going to base your first home purchase close to a job or is it going to be based off of school district. There are a lot of great neighborhoods around the Houston Metroplex area. Let me know what you're looking for and I can help you narrow it down.

The house is beautiful!!! I would have put a large ceiling fan in the primary bdrm.instead of the light fixture and the bathroom shower in the primary bdrm.would have more of a granite type wall, but the builders still did a fantastic job.The loads of kitchen cabinets was truly amazing,love them,yes!!! Kudos to all who were involved with the project.

Yikes. I would never live in a Toll Brothers home. Notorious for poor/cheap quality. Appearances are just that, and it shouldn't be the only thing you look for in a home.

They don't have such a good reputation in California, and we steer clear of the cookie cutter companies. I appreciate what you do. We are definitely looking to move to the Texas area.

Beautiful home but I see all the homes the same with the dining room off the kitchen blocked off by a wall , I just wished no wall (squared off) open so people can see the TV while sitting in the dining area 👍

Hi, thank you for this house tour, it's really interesting to see how the houses in Texas are made. I have a question, the price shown at the beginning is for the empty house, but how much will cost if a client would like to buy the house with all the furniture like in the video? It's something that is possible to do?

Hi Federico. Great question. The decorations cannot be purchased with the home. But most decor comes from our local stores that anyone can go to and purchase. Lovely home! But I don’t like how you have to pass the bathroom before you enter the room. That’s my only complaint.

Hi Bliss. Yes, most homes have the bathroom next to the bedrooms if you have to share it with guest. There are some homes that has the bathroom tucked around the corner so it is not as visible. I will keep an eye for those homes an shoot them when I run across them.
