I've been trying to get my wife to move to Texas for over 3 years now. I'm so tired of CA I don't know what to do. My youngest daughter is applying to colleges and TSU is one of them. If she gets in and decides to attend then I'm going to buy a 2 bd rm apartment/condo for her. The second room will be mine for when I come down to visit her. I love Houston!!! Grew up there Houston 30 yrs now in Phoenix. Grew up off of bunker hill which used to be called Look rd. It was the Look farm that got sold and subdivided. Ol man Look himself sold his eggs door to door every Saturday! He was not a spry chicken at least 70’S. I asked him once how big was his farm originally and he said several thousand, all sold off little by little. Where are you rehabbing in spring branch? Has the heights been revamped? Thanks for any answer lol.🙏🏻

you should focus on Bondmininual construction its far more affordable must better construction than you feature properties. You get more house 200k range not including the lot.
