@@SanAntonioTexasLiving How do you see the traffic at Culebra being fixed in the coming months/years? It's a nightmare right now and I know they're building a 3rd loop but that culebra/shopping area is ridiculous almost all the time!

Love the far west side of San Antonio, but Culebra has a ton of traffic going toward 1604 which is the bad side

Yeah, that Culebra traffic gets pretty serious! I hear there's more talk about further widening it past FM1560.

Great video. I thought in one of your recent videos you had made the move to New Braunfels. Is there a reason you left NB? We are considering a move next year to either NB or San Antonio.

Thanks for the comment! We've been in The Far West Side since we moved to SA back in 2014. I've started covering NB more in our videos because we've had more and more clients deciding to move there. The two cities are both great places to live and have a slightly different vibe depending on what you're looking for. When were you thinking about moving?

Both cities have grown so much since we moved here a little over 7yrs ago so there's a lot going on. If possible, I'd recommend coming to visit and checking things out a bit. We've had lots of folks decide to move back who lived in the area before and are really glad to be back. Happy to be a resource for anything you need😎!

I need that damned last home. Just accepted a job offer today, should be down there in about 2-3 months! I need this new job's income counted to get that last home though lol. dayummm. b e a utiful. Gonna be a long ass 2 years, goals goals goals. that's the house goal right there, 20' ceiling great room!

I doubt you'll have to wait 2yrs. Many of our clients are moving here with new jobs and we help them buy homes all the time. We have some great lending partners that can help with the financing side if you'd like to see what's possible. If you just accepted the job offer and you're 2-3 months out, that's still plenty of time to get you in a position to buy. Just let me know😎

@@SanAntonioTexasLiving I think also in my favor is I retired from the military and this is my first civilian job after retirement. Same-ish career field, permanent GS position. Good to know, I think I’ll find a rental…get nice and settled into the area and job for a bit and perhaps hit you up later in the year. I feel like my new job could pass underwriting as simply advancement in the career field. Thanks for the tip and encouragement, I’ll be in touch!

Pricing in Kallison Ranch currently starts in the mid $400k's and goes up from there. There are some other new communities right around there with homes under $400k though. We've helped several clients buy in Winding Brook right across the road.
