The concept you mentioned about "taking care of someone else's body" highlights such an important point. We are often the meanest person in our own lifes...there are things that I tell myself that I would never ever say to my best friend. I would never tell my best friend that they should feel bad for taking a day off or not not going to the gym but I do it regularly to myself. I can do better, I should do better... Alfie, your words and answers to the questions at the end of the videos often help me to understand that we should all be kinder to ourselfes. People, cheer yourself up like you would cheer up your friends. You are your friend, not your enemy!

I have been a silent watcher since 2014! And i used to watch every vlog with my mum…we then made it our mission to visit Brighton, we first travelled down the 6 hours in 2016 and have made it our happy place venturing down every year there after, we saw u at the foodies festival, bit starstruck but wanted to respect the family time u now have to cherish, I will always be one of your silent watchers but appreciate every video you put out making mine and my mums day that little brighter ☀️

Your answer to todays question really got me thinking. If I was in a loved one’s body I would make sure they were taken care of both physically and mentally. I’d make sure they were well fed, happy, and still doing things they loved. For example, if I knew they loved working out I would continue working out for them so they wouldn’t lose their progress. But I can’t say I do the same for myself which is crazy because it’s so important! Thank you for always uplifting us and helping us change our perspective on things. In the world we live in there’s so much negativity and hate so it’s refreshing to come to your channel and always be greated with positivity.

I have never hard of a Children’s Parade before but it seems like such a fun event for the kiddos!! I can just imagine how cool it would have been to see one as a little kid. I love that Brighton is so community driven. Otti looked like she never wanted to stop going down the slides. Makes me wonder if she’ll be an adrenaline junkie (only a little lol) like Alfie or if she’ll be come more reserved like Zoe.

I like the idea of having my highest self handing back my body to me, she made sure to schedule in self-care, health, prioritize my hobbies, interests, passions, and what I do to make money. My highest self has a lot of discipline, but more than that a lot of love for herself. So she does everything with love, even tho it’s hard. I forget that you need both. To be disciplined isn’t always to be determined and aggressive,but also to do the necessary things with love and gentleness.
