Now you KNOW I had to stop everything to watch this vlog Your hair is poppin, skin is poppin, house it LIT. All of the blessings. The house is looking beautiful. The long rectangle table would look great with bench seating on one side. I love the look of light sofas, but I’m always terrified of it getting dirty or people leaving stains. I’m loving the route that you’re going for with the decorating and furniture

Listen to your mom about knowing the dimensions before purchasing because I had to resell a customize sectional because I didn't measure before purchasing it.

Great choice on purchasing quartz instead of white Carrara marble because of red wine stains marble, and so a lot of other foods.

I think its a great idea to go neutral. That way its not so trendy and if you want color, a pillow here and a curtain there can fix that without getting all new furniture

I’m a kitchen and bath designer, I love a good marble just like everyone else I will say though quartz is super durable and less maintenance than marble. Marble has to been sealed every so often

I think matte black knob fixtures will be a better choice because you have to consider brass may go out of style soon especially if you want to sell your home later in the future

Your house is nice! Congratulations! One tip though! When I had my house built, I went in just like you’re doing, but I swept up all that dust and trash because the construction folk DON’T clean it up! They lay your flooring down on all that junk and plywood dust! In fact, I would go every week! I was able to clean-up all that saw dust, before they put up my drywall! I also picked up all the junk (their trash)in my yard that they’ll bury with the front end loader or bull dozer when they’re grading your property, in preparation for landscaping! Most people don’t think it’s important until you start digging in your yard to plant! By removing all that sawdust I did have any problems with excessive dust!

Raven go to Restoration Hardware and look at their Cloud Collection soda collection. I purchased that and received last week. It took 12 weeks for delivery but my hubby and I absolutely love it.

Most furniture stores have policies where if your furniture gets stained they’ll literally come and get it cleaned or replaced for you anytime and an unlimited amount of time if you have insurance
