This is the final episode of building a hunting cabin. I sure hope I am able to take you guys thru one more time in the future. This has been a fun one and glad you came a long for the ride. Make sure to drop me a comment about what your favorite part of this build was. Thanks.
In this episode of building a hunting cabin, we install all of the walk doors. We were going to wait for concrete originally, but client had us just come and get our contract done, because they weren't sure the timeline of the concrete pour.
I also take you thru installing the best looking fake stone I have found.... Versetta Stone looks so good, you can barely tell its fake from 10 feet away. The IQ power tools saw is pretty awesome at collecting dust with its on board vacuum.
The Dewalt Cordless Table Saw always impresses.
Dewalt Table Saw can be purchased here

I feel like a parent that's watching a kid go off to college. I remember when this property was just strings and stakes. I'm gunna need a minute... For real though, you and your team do awesome work. As a DIYer, I really appreciate you taking the time to make these videos and explain your methods. I know that probably adds a lot of overhead, but I want you to know that there are people like me out there that appreciate it very much! Keep up the great work! Thank you, Kyle and team!

There is always a back story to every build. I remember when I was in the trades it was always so nice to see the reaction of the family when a job was finished! Many times our reward is that smiling face of family over and above the paycheck. Great build!!!

What a fabulous series this has been to view and what a stunning result. I'm perfectly certain that this has given you and your crew immense satisfaction to create a really beautiful building that will stand the test of time. Your attention to detail is exemplary. I rather hope that the family will get fed up trying to finish it and bring you back, giving your viewers the opportunity to see the inside completed and ready for occupation. I'm mindful of the time that it takes you to film and edit this content. Thank you very much for posting, it's been an real joy to watch.

Kyle, I spent 15 years in commercial construction- big high rise, strip malls, a hospital or two- but I seldom got to see the "end users". I had no ide what that could mean till I got into the residential and service ends. All your work comes down to that client or customer; if you did it right, you will be back in that neighborhood. I learned to look forward to it. A well satisfied client was my insurance for a worthwhile paycheck tomorrow. I'm definitely felling you! Your work is awesome- pretty good doesn't tell the story; it's all about that trim detail that you did next to that double door- you did that and things like that about a thousand times on that one building - and you and your crew will do it so for the next and the next after that. It feels good to contribute something valuable to others. KOKO.FR

@@RRBuildings It's who you are. And who you are proud to be. I'm glad I found the construction industry- at 30 I was a very disillusioned guy with little positive vision; the trades and accomplishments helped me change. I owe every swinging hard leg that makes that so. Thank you for reminding me.FR

Another fantastic build in the books! This may be the most complex one of yours I've seen. Some really nice touches on this one. I see you recommend doors and windows like you recommend tools: buy once, cry once. 😀 Looks totally worth it to me. I'm totally sold on the Versetta Stone now. Looks great and not all that tough for a weekend warrior to knock out. This has been an epic build. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.

Kyle with stone or brick you always make your cut piece so that it is hidden by the piece before it . The cut face will never look the same as the one above it especially if it’s protected from direct weather . Cuts should always point away from the main viewing perspective. That being said you guys definitely do some beautiful work . Nothing better than taking a pile of materials and creating something that was just a thought in someone s head one day. Keep up the good work.

What a beautiful job you guys did with every aspect of that Hunting Mansion ! It still amazes me that with all that wire mesh, sharp stones in the concrete with guys walking all over it,, that there isn't a huge amount of punctures in the Pex radiant heat piping. I guess it just shows how tough that stuff really is. Great job, videos and thumbs up Big Time !!!!

Somewhere between 15 and 19 minutes, I was thinking I'd get to see how durable Versetta Stone was because you'd lose it and flail the crap out of a piece with your hammer. But you're not me. That was highly evident when you cut and bent that last piece of trim so perfectly and patiently.
