The shield gear was underpowered now it’s back to what it was before the change to leveling up. You are right about the speed gear tho.

Also I cant change my brawler 3 in Duels and I think Supercell removed the Event because it was too laggy and crashed every time for others

It was a buff not mentioned in the patch notes, because they fixed all the star powers and gadgets that gave a fixed amount of damage from last season where power scaling made them worse. However, they buffed and nerfed some gadgets and star powers by increasing their damage by more or less than 33% which is where it should be at. Like Gene's vengeful spirit gadget for example that was buffed, making it potentially better than the other one. Dw about it, the buffs and nerfs to all fixed damage gears were all intentional.

the star power values are dependant on your brawlers power level
