I might be polemic, but I think Charlie is towards the A Tier right now and doesn't need any other nerfs About Meg, I'd revert part of the rework she recieved, in the way that she starts in small form, but without the health decay, with a damage buff and, HP nerf to the Mecha and reducing from 8 projectiles to 6 to charge the Mecha. The problem with Meg is that is really easy to make her completely broken, because my idea was actually make her having even more HP and more damage, but she will ever be either broken or completely forgettable
My idea for meg rework: lower her movespeed, but make her super into a slow dash into the slash. Additionally, buff her damage, but nerf the reload speed. Meg gameplay needs more IMPACT. This is why old Meg was much better from a fun perspective.
Give her a melody type ult Ult number 1: A dash or increased movement speed to close the gap between brawlers. The dash can act as a high risk high reward interaction* Ult number 2: same slash attack ( Maybe buff the damage a little bit) Obviously supercell would need to re-work her attack a little bit and probably increase super charge rate, but I feel that adding an aspect of fun while still keeping her competitive would be a good balance to keep both competitive and casual players happy. This is just an idea…
We need to address the progression problem first Its fine that it takes time to level up brawlers but when my rank 8 level 7 draco is getting put up againgst consistent lvl 9, 10, 11s with star powers and gears theh theres a huge problem for ftp players. I think its more of a level matchmaking problem.
Meg rework? Are they finally reverting the changes that made me (mostly) quit playing her? Meg's issue isn't her kit or lack of fun. I'd wager that the issue with Meg is that people don't know understand her gameplay. She used to be really good on hotzone, and basically nothing else (since your super essentially gave you hp like draco does now) And NOW, meg is pretty much only good as a sharpshooter counter, so I pretty much only play her on knockout... a complete 180.
But Amber has the same damge and is also very spamy. I dont think the Attack is the problem because Amber is pretty popular. I think the gadgets are both pretty lame and also the Star Powers don`t make her visuily better
I feel like its very hard to balance Meg. Because if they really make the Mech an actual dangerous mech, it would be overpowered. Mechs usually have long range attacks and melee attacks which Meg's Mech both has. The problem is that if they buff the damage it would be too OP including the HP. If they nerf the HP then its just an assassin at this point. I feel like the mech should have 2 forms and you change the form with super. 1 form is like a charged big rocket and the other form is like a minigun.
what are the symbols around brawlers? i know that one of them is a hypercharge, but which one is hypercharge, which one is super, and which is the other one? someone please explain
I'd hope they bring OG Meg back a little. I think having her mech be a form switch instead of her base form would feel much better (and wouldn't be a straight rip of Dva from Overwatch)
Meg rework should be this every super she gets on her mech form will add modification like surge you first start off in base form first super you enter rob second super you gain more projectile on attack third super cause you to be sble to shoot rockets with your super snd you gain a slight speed buff
It looks like they might be reworking her main attack to make her projectiles easier to hit and more fun. IMO, there are so many other brawlers that could use this same "fun factor" treatment too.
Bro Charlie is only good because of her super but she's gonna be even worse if her damage is horrible. That's the only thing that keeps her alive or else she mostly dies In any engage cant compete vs snipers and meele brawlers obliterate her,mind as well nerf cor because of his super aswell. Can't forget dyna that can one shot a brawler with his super .but people don't see that
My suggestion for a Meg rework: Add a bar that decreases over time or when Meg shoots Either when her bot dies or her bar runs out she goes into her normal form And the bot does more dps
u cant say its a npc lobby cause people that ur playin against are between 30-45k and still manage to hit or almost hit masters with only few maxed out brawlers
I think meg regaining the auto charging super would be cool, but with some adjustments. What I'm thinking, is a cycling super pool. Kind of like chester, but with a fixes order. First, the swipe, but with much more damage. Second, a big ass missile (think about big robot). Third, a dash forward, but with wind up (again, big robot). And fourth, a high damage, but thin ray of damage. This way, she has a super for every situation, but she has to be smart about the cycling, and leaves her vulnerable in between. For instance, the swipe might one shot an edgar, but any other super, and she wouldn't be able to win, so she might want to hold on to it. But now she is vulnerable to throwers, where she would want the rocket. Lore wise, she would be taking inspirations from the robot to adjust her mecha. To balance, you might want to increase the ammo needed to get the mecha, and make her slower in movement speed. And you can even rework a gadget, for a dodge roll on base meg, so she is more mobile, and can get her super easier. Again, she just doesn't fulfill the mecha fantasy :(
Idk if someone did this before but I think I have a cool brawler ability concept Feena , a tree like lady who protects nature, doesn’t like interacting w/ ppl so she transforms into the animals to drive people off. Main attack: hand whip: 2100 dmg at lvl 11 medium range cone (like sandy) Super: shapeshifter; they turn into the last brawler they hit for 10 seconds, copying their move set Gadget 1: vine trap; she summons vines in a circle all around her (3 tile radius) stunning all brawlers hit for 1 second Gadget 2: forest protection: 65% shield for 4 seconds Star power 1: ultimate being: when transforming into a brawler, you get their super immediately Star power 2: everlasting: you stay transformed for 20 seconds Hypercharge: she can use the copied brawlers HYPERCHARGE when transformed (if they have any)
