I used kiribath made with canned coconut milk, Soya Katta Sambol (use Maldive Fish sambol for non-veg option. Recipe on this channel) and loonu sambol. It's super quick and easy to make. These can all be made upto 3 days ahead if needed. Chills well in the fridge.
