The software looks exactly like my Xtool D8. for $699.. but it just didn't come with those eeprom accessories.. And the tablet looks slightly smaller, likely less battery and memory too.

Hello! Tell me, does the XTOOL InPlus IK618 have the same key programming functions as the XTOOL X100 PAD3 and is there a difference in car coverage? Is it worth considering XTOOL X100PADS for working with keys and is it better than IK618?

Good evning sir i live in South Africa and i am looking to upgrade my service i am looking at this xtool or Autel 608 pro the xtool i will also be adding the kc501 and the smart key coding device i have been doing diagnostics for a while but i want to step it up a littel bit wit mobile key cutting and program can you please give me some advice as i was mostly coding on toyota cars in the past but need to do more
I have an auto propad, but lately, I've been struggling to program Ford's under 2013. When I first got it like 9 months ago, it worked perfectly now since the its I haven't been able to program one Ford key. I keep having to use my kc-100

Any locksmiths with any recommendations I buy muscle cars and trucks from copart very frequently most don’t come with a key and locksmiths charge me 600 plus to come out to make a key since my shop is in a remote area what key programer would y’all recommend me to get looking for something cheap that could program dodges and Chevys mostly
Hi MyKeys, does this tool require a yearly subscription? Also, I have a IM508 already, should I just buy the XP400 pro with adapters or would you recommend this xtool? I have autopropad basic, but I do wanna do EEPROM
Yes it requires yearly subscriptions for the updates but you can use without ..yea you can buy xp400 pro .. or you can just buy the whole im608 pro bundle
I own the Autel KM100 and Xtool D9. With just those 2 I can do every most common vehicle. I use to own the Autel IM608pro and sold it after 3 months or so. The subscription is too much. Not worth it for me.
@@CBRRR-eh3ky this tool will do keys for BMW and BENZ. I haven't used it but have used x100 pad3 elite which runs same software. Benz keys are very easy on that. you need kc501, for lost keys u need m822(approx$100) as an attachment. For BMW you need kc501.
Mike with the km100 it does 99% of the cars I do. They want $800 for updates on our im608. But km100 is less than $500 with free updates. I feel like us with the im608 pro owners are getting done wrong. Now if updates weren't necessary then it would be okay. I would update maybe every 4 years. But I heard when my subscription goes out something as simple as reading a pin on Chrysler or anything that uses internet can't be done. So I bought a km100 because it's cheaper than the update. The km100 can do everything the im608 does as long as you have a way to connect the adapter. It can use gbox and Chrysler bypass cable.
@@Locksmith.71 Doesn't sound like you know too much. Because if you did you would know that the 508 is the same if you pair it with xp400. You would save more in the end because the subscription is cheaper. They are all on the same autel platform. Thank God the 608 has the j2534 for programming. But even that can be bought separately. So it's very hard to justify the im608 update price. It's hard to use the im608 to its full potential when 9 times out of 10 you're doing a domestic or Asian vehicle. If you know what your doing the km100 is the best bang for your buck. But if you're doing enough euro cars then 508 with xp400 will save you money in the long run. I have all 3 machines. So I'm trying to help people out. But it's comments like this that make me almost not even wanna try to help others.

@@MYKEYSAUTOMOTIVE si mi cariño amigo, I'm from the southern part of Nigeria. I use xtool ez400pro but it can't do most European vehicles because it's not compatible with the external programmers like ks501 and kc100. This ik618 will be be a life changer for me. It can even do eeproms. 🥺
