Great job Heather on all three projects. Love the rehab of the Jesus sign. Love the old flooring with the transfers, Was on the fence of the box, but that is just the OCD in me. Congratulation on your on line store, that was my dream too. Had some serious heath diagnosis in December and am going through those. But God is good and He is bringing me through this. Enjoy your channel and am happy that I am able to start to get back to watching my "painting buddies" and hope to be creating again soon!

That last project has me so inspired to get into this. I have quite a few large timber flooring samples from our shop that I usually use to play with different paint techniques but I could frame these sample boards and put the transfers on them. Fabulous. Thanks for the inspiration.

Stazon is alcohol based. I can't say for sure, but I suspect IOD is oil based as it acts simular to archival ink by ranger. I usually will spritz my stazon with 90% alcohol to refreshen it several times before actually reinking it. Alcohol evaporates quickly so adding it back in kinda reconstitutes the ink.

You are correct. Stayzon is alcohol based. Ranger archival is oil based.

I do watch Erin at the Provincial Farmhouse! She does everything so beautiful. She upcycled a vase this week that I just fell in love with! I love to hear her talk, too. Like you, Heather, she is one of my favorites. Love everything you did today, girl! I really like those where you stamp, paint, and stamp again. Wow Heather!! That cutting board is so adorable!! I like that technique with painting in the stencil, then reapplying it! Loved how you pieced the old book pages! Your layering of the bird cages turned out stunning!! I’m trying to like the stamp set with miss priss on it lol. I will have to say that though that yours turned out cute😊 that tea box is stunning!! It reminds me of Erin from Provincial Farmhouse, when she stamped on her clay on the plant pot. Yes she has sone really neat ideas and love her calming voice also. I don’t know if you know that she started a makeover on a huge doll house. She gets sone of the little furniture from Temu and makes them over. It has everything I love in it - roses, birds and even 🍊 some tangerines❣️❤💜💕🌹🧡🌺.....So very scrumptious‼️* *Henry looks so remorseful in "time out"...what the heck did he do to get himself in trouble⁉️ He really doesn't seem like a trouble-maker, the sweet boy‼️🐶❤*

Well he didn’t tell us he needed to go outside. To be fair we did an awful job of taking him out and were super distracted. He knows how to tell us though! 🫣

Very inspiring. Question - I’ve noticed my Big Top has little white lumps in it? I thought it was just me but my sister who lives over 10 hours from me has the same problem. She now just uses liquid patina.

I have heard that this can happen and it doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with what’s left. It annoying to have to pick out the pieces but your piece will still be sealed! I have been loving liquid patina myself because I prefer the more matte sheen!

??? Im wondering what the white outlines are around the leaves at the 22:40 time mark.....as they seem to not be there a bit later in the video. TIA

Those are the small halo along the sides that seemed to show up a little more when the sun was hitting it right over the raw wood. I later did a top coat and they seemed to disappear more!

The white outline on that transfer in places is their mistake correct? Not the way they all are?

The little outline around the outside of the transfer is the small halo area around the picture. Where the two sheets meet up…the color is not exact but I think it goes with the crackle style of the sheet.

I am struggling to get cracks with the pentart stuff. It does not crack at all. Just bubbles. HELP!!!!!!!!

pentart stuff? Can you elaborate what that is?

Which pentart do you have? That will make a difference. I believe the fine line you have to deal with a varnish. The classic crackle is water base finish. Then they have like 3 or 4 more. I am trying to learn more myself. The first two are the only ones I have tried.
