@@lolamitchell8208 it can remain in fulton county. the uniform rules of superior court just say that the judge has to be chosen by whatever system of random assignment is already used by the court OR, if they don't have such a system and the motion is concerning the chief judge then the next senior judge in the circuit has the responsibility of assigning the judge to hear the recusal motion. The defense cited the opinion of a different rule making body so whichever one is considered to have supremacy will be the standard chosen, and if neither is considered authoritative over the other then the judge hearing the recusal can decide.

It's all as it should be. The community is getting exactly what the culture in that community produces. And exactly what the people voted for. Why is everyone bumfuzzled about how this happens. This is exactly what a self governing community looks like when the community doesn't know what the hell's going on. It's a reflection of the community at large. Yes,my grandmother always told me to keep up with the town hall meetings an when they vote because they are getting sneaky with not letting people know when it time to vote for them etc, like it's not on the news they don't send out letters etc, in my town anyways not sure about others but yes we the people in our counties need to stay on top of these people or they will keep pulling stuff like this

The defense has asked to move this to a judge in another circuit, citing an opinion by the office of judicial ethics in Georgia and Glanville has said that the process will adhere to the Uniform Rules of the Superior courts of Georgia 25.1-7 Neither of the rules is a precedent set in court but the opinion of a rule making body. The ruling on that could go either way. Krause will most likely use the process granville wants because it would be legal to do so and justifiable if the matter ever went to the supreme court of georgia.

Just as YSL has the presumption of innocence, the judge has the presumption of neutrality. The "they're colleagues" argument has no merit, and the part of the motion that was read establishes what gives rise to argue a judge is bias. The motion for recusal will be successful, but it will be required that it go through the established process. No doubt that the judge in this case should be removed. Further, he he judge in this case should be removed from the bench for his behavior. He is the thug in that courtroom.

Additionally, Yak Gotti’s lawyer filed a motion to remove all current and future Fulton county judges from the case so we will see what happens
