This is my favorite song by Jungkook. No question. He has incredible songs, but this one just takes the cake. I've had it as my ringtone since I became ARMY in 2020. Jungkook released it for free during 2020 festa as a gift for the fans. BTS lived together during the pandemic, so they were able to see each other and work, but not being able to do live shows was very difficult for them.

Jungkook is such an incredible vocalist! The way he can show so much emotion through his singing

Actually, during the pandemic the BTS members all still lived in the same apartment. If you watch the Life Goes On music video you can see the actual apartment that they quarantined in. There is a really funny remote interview that they did with one of the American entertainment news shows where the interviewer asked them if it had been hard being apart from each other during the pandemic. They all looked confused for a second, and started asking in Korean if the interviewer didn’t know that they all lived together, and then RM goes, “yep, it was hard.” With a ring of irony in his voice.

Between “still with you” and “euphoria” they pull me both ways. Lol this song just makes me happy but cry at the same time 😂

I loved this song from the first listen. I first heard it on soundcloud, before it was out on spotify. It came out during the pandemic n it was for ARMY, hence the mention of purple in the song. BTS was planning what might hv been their largest world tour yet, they even started selling tickets for it. But the pandemic saw their concert dates being cancelled, till there were none left. That had to be a huge blow to them. On top of that, they had military enlistment coming up on them soon. They didn't know when they could perform live again or see ARMY face to face. And they had limited time before having to do military service. We didn't know when covid would be over either. This song was to express that he missed ARMY and that he's still with us. That's what I thought when I heard it.

He is not single by the way. He has millions lovers army 😂

I read that he actually wrote this song as a "letter" to the other members of BTS. They are all so very close, and Jungkook, being the youngest, credits the others for raising him. He recognizes and has said that elements of all the other members live in him. He is such a kind and beautiful soul. 💜

can't believe this was a free festa gift song, we're really spoiled as a fandom! it is still one of my favorite jungkook songs, both the vocals and instrumentals go crazy and it's chill to listen to it on rainy or quiet days

Jungkook is a genius fr like this was released for free for years and last year it was put on Spotify, it's a masterpiece that alot of singers couldn't sing it as good as Jungkook It's crazy how he smoothly goes from high to low notes so effortless it make it sound easy

You would love Our Eyes Tell. It is simply gorgeous. Jungkook wrote it for his personal album but it ended up being used for a Japanese movie soundtrack.

Ahh it is quiet old song hehe in context to put on album now... It was special song for fans, to give hope and connect, and no to be big single like you said hmm... And it was good that it was this way, like any special song we really are thankful for songs they simply give us this is a part of who they are and also why we respect them soo much bc not every songs has to be this big thing, etc, but simply silent gift. And it was actually only on soundcloud song for pong time, we got it on streaming platforms with Golden coming... Like we another songs this year... Golden was made with plan and people that had concred vision, so I can't really see this song added on album. Especially bc it come few years ago, as a bonus maybe, but not a part of tracklist.

This may be my favorite JK song. It is definitely in my top 4. So many kind of tie for the top for me. I love that he also produced this. It is one of his gift songs for ARMY that was originally put out for free on SoundCloud. Another one, which is beautiful, is “My You”. Even though JK and V are very different, they are also the same in ways. Some of JK’s self written songs prove that for me. I hope they do a sub unit like RM suggested.

As much as I like the songs on Golden, I genuinely like the songs he himself is involved in writing much more. I love the way he makes music. This is absolutely an all-time favourite of mine. Like RM’s Bicycle- another song I absolutely LOVE - this song was not an ‘official’ release but a free Festa gift to ARMY 💜. We really are the world’s luckiest fandom!

JK released this for free on SoundCloud as a gift to ARMY during Covid. During filming of In The Soop, a staycation reality show BTS did amidst Covid, JK and RM work on the lyrics while driving to location. The song remains one of my favorite Jungkook releases.
