Last October, 2019, I had the rare chance to visit the VMC factory in France and the Normark headquarters in France. This is where I was first impressed by the new Rapala Karbon nets, that were about appear in 2020.

These are the lightest nets I have ever seen in my life, I think the rubber netting is heavier than the actual frame for the net itself.
