Thank you. The KingKorg Neo is an almost identical copy of the KingKorg (just compare the Parameters Guides), more expensive with two important "minuses": the overall Tube effect (a rare specificity of the KingKorg which had the advantage to add warmth to the sound) no longer exists in the NEO and of course this very small keyboard. In summary: *KingKorg NEO, pay more to get a little less*

wow, finally almost one person with critical sense of reality. This TOY really cost more than double the value.. Korg lost totally its mind

I have no idea why Korg insists on making tube-powered tech without tubes. They ruined Electribe with the move like that.

Well to be fair, some of us wanted something smaller and lighter and it does have 11 more oscillator types which expands the sound possibilities. I would like to have had the tube but I can emulate that easily and frankly in a mix the effect was lost. Not for you, I get it, but I am glad it is back because I wanted one and could not fit it in to my home studio. Now I can.

@@phiniusjwhippy i would prefer OG King Korg module... to save space also! I really don't need another keyboard... and KK OG was my fav synth of all time. I was stoked to hear Neo but it's kinda... i don't know. The fact that there's no comparision of OG and Neo on the internet is kinda... let's put it this way, weird. To me they are not the same even if Korg saying otherwise.

Why is the audio in this video in mono? There are lots of stereo chorus effects in some of the patches you demonstrate, but they are completely lost because you edited this video down to mono.

Have no idea why Korg abandoned tube circuitry. This kind of saturation is what made OG King Korg great. Not the regular VA engine. Korg destroyed Electribe line with that kind of move and now they want to ruin my fav synth of all time.

as always with Korg... a pretty TOY with the PRICE DOUBLE the value.. when it will arrive around 500€ (the same price of Wavestate or OP6 MK1 after one year ) than i will think on that,,,MAYBE

Lol, but how shameless, there is no big difference from the original KingKorg, they just put the kingkorg in a wavestate and that's it. 🤣🤣 It really doesn't look bad, but that synth is great with its 61 keys. 😅
