I have a Venjakob spray machine. We had a smaller one, 25 years ago and upgrade maybe 7 years ago. We dry with inline ovens and return conveyor, very efficient. I wouldn't put the sander in front of machine. It's very efficient but I think u will sacrifice quality.
I am looking for an automated machine or solutions for spray painting cabinet finished parts, and I was looking into the Makor. I have a tiny shop of 2500 sqft, and we plan to invest within three months on a CNC 5x10 and a good edge bander with round over for cabinet making. So the budget is tight. What would be for you guys the best piece of advice? What type of automated painting machine would you get? Is there any cheaper option that works just fine? We are not professional painters and don’t want to continue spending money outsourcing it.
We just added a 2k mixing system to our paint line. We have a recovery system to clean the belt but aren’t happy with it. We want to switch to the paper roll you’ve got. Where did you buy it from?
