I have two important questions that I consider with every possible UTV. Noise Level & Engine Heat Shielding. Can you carry on a conversation with the passenger? And is there enough heat shielding to prevent a hot seat and cab area?
The engine is under the bed , I have zero heat creep into the cab . The noise level is low / moderate low . You can talk in the cab just fine without screaming 👍

Get ready to pay for parts. 2 sparkplug 4 quarts oil $ 105.00 Starter went out at 200 hrs $600.00 No break from dealer even though they KNEW about the starter problem.
I love mine . 3500 miles on it , zero problems . I run with can-ams , Polaris and all the hot rod sxs out there and go where they go and keep up just fine ! 2 inch lift , 2 inch wheel spacers and she looks bad ass ! Great machine .
@@wildnorthadventures6543The Kubota is probably the best choice, in it's class as a work horse, but a stock 54hp at 45-ish mph, is not gonna "keep up" with a stock 200hp sxs at 97+mph.

Lol 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🙃 Hills , curves , rocks , sand , pot holes , sticks , stumps , and trees bro - you can rip and tear here and there but most of the time the average speed is about 28 mph ! So yea , I can keep up . I know this because I do it . Will I win a race ? No . Can I ride all day and keep up , yes ! Because no one goes 90+ on there $30,000 +machine all day smart guy
@@stealth7g what machine do you have ? Where do you ride ? Im Michigan the speed limit is 25 mph . Now of course we all exceed that when it’s safe to do so and it doesn’t apply to private land . Where I live and ride in the north there are at least a few thousand miles of trails and in the spring ,summer and fall riding season there may be many hundreds of sxs’s on the trails . How fast do you think they go ? 👏👏👏👏 Hint - not 97 mph
Boring color - they should stick to orange and camo. Must've been a high-up paper-pushing manager (surrounded by yes-men) that got a "brilliant" idea? If they need another color go with military green (like willys jeeps).
My 2022 sidekick is junk. Bad Gas and water contamination of the crankcase oil. Been in the shop a month now with a warranty claim and dealer can not get help from the kubota rep to find the problem and a solution. Seems the 850 engines have a problem that can only be solved by throwing parts at them and Kubota is ignoring that. Don't waste your money on the sidekick look for a side by side from a reputable company that specializes in them. My buddybought a Ranger when I bought the sidekick and he has had zero problems and at 25 hours mine has been ib the shop a month with Kubota not caring..
3500 miles on mine and zero problems . I run only rec fuel . It will take ethanol fuel but I store it in cans and it draws moisture with ethanol in it . Im not sure what your problem is , but I would make them take it back and give you a new machine .
That is not an option. They returned it after 10 weeks and said it is normal for this Subaru engine when not warmed up for a minimum of 20 minutes every start to evaporate the gas that gets in the oil. There's a long post on OrangeTractor and it's not just mine. Sounds like you got lucky.@@wildnorthadventures6543
