Jsun Barry yeah, any Land Rover/Jaguar are unreliable and full of plastic . Which explains why they are struggling to sell to the French, after losing almost 300mil in two months. They do look good though and give a luxurious fell to them

In my eyes, I think the new Discovery Sport looks aggressive, and more modern, while keeping the same distinctive shape. In conclusion, this is a very nice looking SUV.

A front wheel only drive Land Rover Disco!!! I can understand in the "ladies designer handbag" Evoke but this is ridiculous. Imagine the depreciation hit when trying to sell it on.
Lovely motor,just swapped disco sport for disco 5 .Absolutely love them both.I think the big disco grows on you when you own one,still not keen on the number plate though😀😀
Hey Matt, I really like all of your videos and find them helpful, and therefore want to give back! You have referred a few times to the passenger mirror not dipping when engaging reverse! I too found this annoying until I realised that if you click the mirror controller to the passenger side as if you are going to move it, the mirror then dips when selecting reverse! I think the base level would be great if it wasn't so expensive even then. There should be an entry level Land Rover that feels like a true off roader with just enough power and a manual. They should still be capable despite the lack of the drive mode settings right?
Not a day shy of the warranty expiring would be my bet. I'd sell it 6 months before it expires the cost to fix this would be more than it's even worth by that point
This is a vast improvement over the previous model. That spec and colour combo looks the nuts. Didn’t like the previous one but I like this one a lot. Definitely the best looking out of the four you have put it agains
Land Rovers won’t be built in the UK, will have cost cutting galore forced on it by Tata, and they’ll try to flog it as a ‘premium’ car, and with more tech then ever, again all built at cost cutting measures.. yeah that’ll be reliable..

Wish they had put the new inline-6 engine in it and air suspension for an off-road trim level. These little things are actually decent off road. I have had a couple as loaner cars and they're not as pitiful as you'd think. If they had better ground clearance and more articulation, along with a better engine (ingenium 2.0T isn't that great and the 9spd auto sucks), it would be an ideal size for going off the beaten path.

While driving the car at a speed of 70-80 kilometers per hour and with only 450 kilometers on the odometer, he noticed a burning smell and saw sparks coming from the engine, which suddenly began leaking oil. Yakut narrowly avoided an accident, and one week after his car was towed to Borusan Oto, a report was issued indicating that the engine was damaged and the transmission had broken off because it was not screwed on firmly. The court accepted the lawsuit, which had repercussions abroad and on social media platforms as well. Hearing the news from social media, a man contacted Yakut and his lawyer, Candaş Gürol, to file the same lawsuit in court, saying that his two Range Rovers experienced similar failures. Styling reminds me of a Jeep Renegade. Something seems amiss. I mean offering a fwd version seems to show that they truely lost there way. Curious if any owners with the lower LCD climate control touch screen has had problems with response when cold and snow come?
I think it's meant in the sense of people who own this car are sporty and need it to tow canoes or whatever. I agree it's stupid and just there to sell based on the word Sport
Off subject but why didn't jaguar make the new body style xfr/xfrs like really jaguar with the upgraded tech and 8speed zf it would have been perfect not to mention bein 300lbs lighter 🤦🏾♂️
Ian Harding I have the last of the Freelander 2 (metropolis) it’s 5yrs Old on September, it only got 32k miles on it and I’ve had it since new. There’s nothing in the landrover family I would trade it in for , in fact I’m struggling to find and replacement for it , I like the Volvo xc 90 but I find the touchscreen off putting because you can’t do anything without going through several screens.
Agreed how times have changed. Kia making a real SUV and land rover making a fwd land rover... soon they'll be making crossovers which the evoke almost is honestly.
Tata makes some good looking sport utilities, I must say. The manual box is sweet, but why only on the basic model with FWD? Speaking of, no 4x4 on a Land Rover? Oh dear.
