The lot is fantastic. But the price is the big question!

Las Vegas Move-In Ready Home by Taylor Morrison at Silverleaf I was in the mood for a home tour video… here we go! I’ll say first off, the titles you’ve added at the beginning are very cool, I’d suggest adding them for all the rooms (if it’s not to much trouble), it really gives a lot of great info. This home looks very cool from the street! I really like the idea of a corner lot, especially if that gets you such a huge lot (I really like the idea of a huge lot for the fur babies). I really like where this home is located. I’m curious, is there some requirement preventing you from showing the price? I do like the entry, especially the office space up front. I’d close it in with wall and door and it’s perfect for what I’d use it for. Having the 2ndary bedrooms separated from he primary is a design choice I very much appreciate. I wish there was a 2nd sink in the 2ndary bathroom but, it’s not a deal breaker. That is just a huge family/dining room area, holy cow! There’s SO MUCH potential here. I love the location of the kitchen relating to the rest of the family area. Thank heavens they put a push-in stove (that is super easy to work with if I wanted to upgrade appliances in the future). Personally, I prefer GE Profile or Monogram appliances but, what is there would work to get started, just fine (this makes me very happy). Too bad they missed adding the soft-close option as well as a trash drawer… that’s a missed opportunity (but not a deal-breaker). Small pantry but, workable. It’s a nice primary, again depending on the price it could be fantastic or not. I’m wondering what happened to having rain shower heads… another missed opportunity. I think the closet is on the small side but, if the home would be priced $570 to $630 then it’s great. If the home is more than that then, I’m not as excited with the closet compared to other homes of that price. I will say, for me, this huge lot could forgive a lot of the missed opportunities in the home. There’s room for so much to happen in this yard, I’d absolutely love it (so would my dogs, when I get them). It’s hard to really evaluate this home without knowing the price. If this home is in the range of $850K and up then, I don’t think the value is there. I’m guessing that this should be $620 to $680K, at that price point, I do see value in the home and the huge lot. Thanks for another great home tour! I really do wish we could know the price as we are looking at the home, so much of the opinions would be influenced by the price. Take care and see you next time.

I really like this home but it is outside my price range at almost $750K.
