Yeah Exemplar is a nice mechanic. But you still want to spam them because board control

@@spacecaptainmusashi Yeah that's my main Problem so far, Custodes don't have the Auric Mortals or any other forms of board control tactic cards like they did in past, and So far only Ixiom is really viable Warlord for me since he can keep spamming units out without worry about cards, Valdor on other hand Heavily relies on Exemplar Troops to truly get value

Valdor reckoning also feels not good. Yeah he can draw but it requires empty field

Yeah generating legendary for 1e is really good. And nemesis often don't trigger because custodes that have it have too much attack

I hope they get nerf

why is exemplar bad design? Honestly, it's very simple. If you have one custodian, then you get exemplar (which usually has a really good effect), and if you have multiple custodes, then they are really "sentinel-efficient", and tbh having 2+ custodes on board at the start of your turn usually means you've won. Just don't pack your deck with JUST sentinel cards, and you're fine, it's really not a badly designed keyword

@@kruczan3583 and not,having 2 custodes in the start of you turn means than you oponent is leaving you custodes alive to drain you cards in hand,is a strategy.

The only bad one is nemesis against doc.

@@kruczan3583 honestly, the main problem is that the mechanic isn't well utilized, the actual effects aren't strong enough to justify getting stuck with the cards that you have, even if they do most exemplar troops have terrible survivability for their cost

I hope EG buff them just like how they buff SW

more like weakest faction in all of the rework expansions
