That was very informative! Many of the shops don't even bother to balance them, stating that they are small wheels and that its rated to go 60mph, so really no need to balance them. I don't agree, I can feel the way the bike handles every time I get new tires. I think its worth balancing them, and the suggestion I was given was to add a special goo that will balance the tire from riding to spread it out in the inside of the tire to make it ride evenly. I have never done any of that!
A special goo, I do not know what that is? But, I do know that Ride On is a sealant and a balancer . I have used this product for years and is excellent. And balances the tire for better wear and the ride quality is much improved over the use of weights.
Hi there. Excellent video! I have a 1986 Honda Elite 250. I was wondering what kind of tire did you swap yours with? And does it come with a corresponding front tire? My moped requires a 4.00-10 front tire. And I can't find one online anywhere?
The ML50's that I put on are no longer made. They were replaced by the ML16's, and you can use the same tire on the front and back. Here's a link to a sight that has them in 4X10's
