You can really see now how the “rare” plant craze affected unique plants availability to the market. Half the new philodendrons in this video were hundreds of dollars two years ago and now you can pick them up at your local garden center for a fraction of the cost. I love that more people will get to enjoy these amazing plants.

Manyof these are previously very rare philodendrons not available commercially. It is amazing that you parent's center has so many large specimens! Good for them.

I think the Andrews seed store is the envy of many people to have in their community . I sure would like one in my area . They have so many fun and unique items it would be very hard to walk away and not buy something.🎃🍁🍂💚🙃

In 65 years of living I have never seen such cool shaped leaves and color variety in house plants as in the first half of this video!! You have to get a stingray plant for Benjamin and some of the tiny baby ones for Samantha!! Benjamin is going to make some woman extremely happy one day when he’s all grown up. 💕💕💕

We just moved to the country of Panama and these plants are sold here by locals for around $2 to $15. My first shopping trip my trunk was packed. My hubby just laughed. 😂

Laura, I never tire of going down to the garden center with you and your family. There is so much to see every time, and it is truly, a feast for the gardeners eyes. I know I get just as excited to see the new shipments come in. Added to that fun, is all of the holiday decorating that is always done, with so much taste, and careful placement. Of course that wouldn’t happen, without the tedious planning and choosing of the beautiful ornaments, and decor. Almost each day, you share with us, the gifts of your vast knowledge and experience, and the gifts of your family and their collective knowledge & experience. The world sees how a loving and caring family can work and play together, day after day, and still get up the next day, and want to do it all over again, and you all succeed, with huge loving and giving hearts. 💜. I've just added another wish to my bucket list...visit Andrews and shop for days. Mind you, I'm 75 years old, live in Ohio, and taking a walk is going about a half a block down the street on a good day. But, a girl can dream and I'll never be too old for that.

So many great plants! 😍 I have to tell you - my grandma gave me an African violet plant years ago and I watched your video on propagating them and now have little African violet babies! 🥰 It’s especially nice knowing I can keep that plant going even if something happens to the main plant. She passed away a few years ago and it’s a special plant to me. 🥰 So thank you for showing me how to do that. ❤

I wish my small town HAD a garden center or even a plant nursery! It's like being an addict. In NC, where I grew up, we had nurseries everywhere. Nirvana! Here in Athens, TN there is NOTHING of any consequence. I went through plant shopping withdrawal when we moved to the area! 😂😭 Oh the pain. 😢

I loved when you said the cactus would spit needles at you. I had a great grandpa that I knew as a child and that is about all I remember of him. He had a sunroom with cactus in it and would tell the kids that to keep them away. Somehow I must have gotten too close, I can remember having the spine plucked out of my hand.

I think it's so fun that your parents bring in some unique house plant varieties. Our local garden centre seems to always bring in the old faithful varieties.

Loved the plants but Benjamin is the best part of video, making sure you get some pizza. ♥️ Both kids are adorable. You always sound so excited to talk to them when they “interrupt” you and you are encouraging and patient with both of them. Are we only seeing the good stuff like how we never see you and Aaron argue or do you never lose your patience/cool with them? We can definitely hear the love in your voice when you talk to them so I know they feel it. Good job Mom!

That was fun. Some friends and I were just up there in July and when you first walked in the store, I got a little funny thrill- like I’ve been right there where we are walking today. Fun. When we were there it was darned hot and we cut our tour of Ontario and Boise short by a day when we woke up one morning and decided we needed to be somewhere cooler and headed all the way across the state and spent that night and the next day in Seaside and Canon Beach. Gorgeous and fascinating house plants today. Can’t believe how unique and spectacular some are.

So enjoyable and the names of these plants!! I've bought my potted outside plants inside for the winter for the last few years (wire vine, aloes, coleus, etc). Now this past year I've begun to purchase houseplants that I bring outside for the summer...thinking my tiny cottage will be packed this coming winter here in Indianapolis....lol. Eye candy for me ❤❤❤❤ I posted before the end and I love those your parakeets ( buggies) I also have 4 medium sized parrots so my homes sounds like a jungle. I really enjoy all your plant beds . We just bought 74 acres and I showed my family your property and told them I want ours to look like yours.They just lol at me and said haha.
