That starters home was shown in stream and it’s very furnished by lil simsie, I’m looking forward to everything coming, I can’t wait.

it had family pictures on the wall and they mentioned they decorated it for the stream! i don't think you could afford to fully furnish it with a starter house price

They filled it up with furniture to show the items and gameplay. I watched lilsimsie's video and she said it was not like the Sims live stream

@ania gie ngl most of these are budget build with items restriction + no cheats. With CC/no item restriction and increasing budget as you play the game. You could still make it better overtime. But yeah it could feel intimidiating feeling like you could mess up the design as you play with it. I think having emptier homes were great for that reason

Yup. They screwed us over again with false advertising, but, they've shot themselves in the foot by the globally-loathed EA App. I can't even play The Sims 4 now. All I get is 'Not enough disk space' when I've got loads. :(

For me it's not necessarily that the worlds are kinda small, but that all the decently big lots are already occupied...... I wanna build stuff too! I know I can remove stuff, but recently they have actually decent looking lots and the Sims in the world have stories going on, I don't just wanna bulldoze that. So, I'd be fine with the size of the worlds if the lots were all around bigger....

I agree soo much with this. Or sometimes simply having a few more empty lots (houses or households) so that i can more freely move more sims into the world without filling it up so quickly.

i like it! i like how they give us different dynamics in one world! and the rabbit hole movie> i like that they have never did that with any other world and also they giving us more lots without actually having a loading screen the parks the pool/lake! that’s exciting.

I’m excited for the pack, I was just really hoping the new world would have the classic San Francisco hill with all the cute houses like in Full House but I’m sure it’ll still be beautiful! 😊

i dont know how the world doesnt look new...its very looks new and different ..maybe its the trees that make it seems that way. i personally am loving the world, cant wait for this to release.

i have a question I hopeeee you read this no one can answer it... after i add all my mods and cc to my mods folder can i delete it from where it was originally from the downloads folder without loosing it in my game and mods folder in sims 4 PLEASE HELP

yes you can delete the mod files from your downloads folder after you have put your mods in the mods folder

Could someone please answer me this 🙏 I'm thinking of taking out my mods folder and play vanilla (and save my game each time etc) on march 14 until the mods and cc are updated. But as soon as they are updated and I add them again, will my sim household 'get back to normal'and also get back the hair/outfits they had before? Because I was under the impression that one should never save their games when the mods/cc folder is out, because then either the game breaks or doesn't get back to normal once we add them again 😢

Usually once you put back CC it should go back in. The only thing I would be aware of is I don’t think I’ve gone into my save files once I’ve taken out the CC, so that way the game does not replace the removed objects, so the CC just slots back in if that makes sense

World: NOTHING new .. Cas and Build: looks like scrapped items from previous packs. Honestly. Tons of UI and pop ups (had to add substance somehow) Is it just me or does it feel like this is a BUDGET pack for them to make compared to other expansions like cats and dogs, sessions, island living, city living. We should not be charged the same in my opinion. Even though I love the family gameplay I feel like I can see right through this pack.

I can't believe Sims 4 is still a thing. It is by far the worst main line Sims game. Incredibly shallow, and the gameplay is boring and buggy. I'm still playing the Sims 2 and 3, despite having all the expansion packs for the Sims 4 available from my friend. It's time for the next big thing.
